This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology leader and work with some of Australia's most sophisticated developers, operators and investors across large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Data Centres, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts within the data centre sector. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities and help customers leverage Siemens’ broad portfolio of electrification, automation and digitalisation solutions across their project lifecycle. Working closely with our sales, engineering, project delivery and service teams, you will support customers from early-stage project development and solution design through to delivery and ongoing operational support, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes at every stage. You will play a key role in aligning Siemens’ capabilities with evolving customer needs and positioning Siemens as a partner of choice in critical digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of nominated Data Centre accounts - Develop account strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth - Build strong relationships with developers, operators, contractors, consultants and end users - Identify opportunities across Siemens' portfolio and coordinate internal resources to deliver customer solutions - Support customers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and service - Act as the voice of the customer within Siemens and champion exceptional customer outcomes About You You are a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in account management, business development or technical sales within the electrical, critical infrastructure, building services or data centre sectors. You have a proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver results in complex sales environments. An Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded, along with the ability to confidently engage both technical and commercial stakeholders. About the Role DonorsChoose is seeking a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow and steward a portfolio of strategic corporate partners while helping evolve how we build long-term, mission-driven partnerships. This is more than traditional account management. Our strongest partnerships create meaningful value for both our partners and the classrooms we serve. As a senior individual contributor, you will own a portfolio of complex corporate relationships who each contribute $250K+ annually, while helping shape partnership strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth, and contributing to how the team continues to evolve. The following ranges represent the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role. - The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 - We have a hiring salary range of $100,000- $120,000 for specific higher cost of labor locations, which include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, D.C. Once employees are hired, everyone at DonorsChoose is eligible to receive annual performance-based raises as they grow in their role.
