• Take full ownership of annual revenue, gross margin and market share targets for the RC, FC and EC product lines across assigned territories. • Track monthly and quarterly sales performance, conduct gap analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-target delivery. • Manage distributor demand forecasts, sales pipeline and open order status to secure predictable revenue recognition. • Develop, select, onboard and manage authorized distributors for RC, EC products; set clear performance KPIs and conduct regular business reviews to drive accountability. • Guide distributors on inventory planning, order rhythm and end-customer development; optimize stock structure to mitigate overstock or shortage risks. • Deliver regular product training, sales enablement and market insight sharing to distributors to strengthen their frontline sales competence. • Own and grow FC strategic accounts through solution-based value selling and specification adoption. • Work closely with distributors to explore high-potential end-customer segments and deepen market penetration of RC, FC and EC products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related science discipline.
- 5+ years of sales experience in specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals or a related industry; direct distributor / channel management experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Indonesia, Philippines or Singapore markets.
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communication as the working language.
- Familiarity with local chemical import regulations and market landscape in the three territories is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of laboratory reagents, fine chemicals or electronic grade chemicals is a significant plus.
