CLUSE started in the Netherlands in 2013 and is now active in more than 20 countries with over 2,000 points of sale worldwide. We are a young and dynamic company (average age of 30) with an enthusiastic, international team. Our culture is open and informal and since we have more than 10 different nationalities, English is our go-to language! About the role This is a commercially focused role within our Sales Support team. You own a portfolio of B2B partners end to end: not only the operational order management process, from customer creation to order placement, shipment tracking and invoicing, but also the commercial relationship behind it. You build and follow up on sales forecasts, advise your partners on assortment and sell-through, and act as a true commercial sparring partner to both your accounts and our Sales team. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end order management process for a portfolio of B2B partners: order creation, approval and release, shipment tracking, and invoicing; - Take commercial ownership of your accounts: build and maintain sales forecasts, follow up against forecast, and flag risks and opportunities early; - Advise partners on the most appropriate assortment, including best-performing items, new collections, reorders and sell-through improvement; - Monitor and analyse account performance and order patterns to identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts and turn that into concrete actions; - Prepare and present account reviews and internal reporting on portfolio performance versus forecast; - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Support and Product Development to deliver a strong and consistent partners experience; - Contribute to best practice within Sales Support, supporting process improvements and the commercial development of the team. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial, account management or senior sales support role; - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English; - An additional language such as Dutch, German or Spanish is a strong plus; - A genuinely commercial mindset: comfortable with forecasting, sell-through and turning data into action, alongside strong operational accuracy; - Confident working with numbers and reporting; hands-on experience with forecasting and forecast follow-up is a clear advantage; - Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify, Claude and/or Gorgias is a plus; - You pick up new systems and processes quickly; - You are customer-oriented, proactive and analytical, and you balance service with sound commercial judgement; - You are available 5 days a week. Benefits - We offer a salary in line with industry standards; - 25 holidays per year on a full-time basis (40 hours); - 8% holiday allowance and pension scheme; - Travel allowance if you live more than 10 km from the office; - Employee discount on CLUSE products and a CLUSE product of your choice as a welcome gift; - Company laptop and phone; - An office with a beautiful view over the Houthavens; - Flexible work-from-home policy (three days office - two days at home); - Fun events organized by the Social Events Team that you definitely do not want to miss!
