StackAdapt
Role Description Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in managing client relationships, driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, overseeing campaign management, and identifying account expansion opportunities across Enterprise brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI for our customers. StackAdapt is a Remote First company. For this role, we're prioritizing candidates based in Los Angeles, California. What you'll be doing: - Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals - Work alongside your Account Executives in leading the RFP process, proposals and presentations to Enterprise brands and agencies - Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers - Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform - Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs - Deep client mapping and account planning expertise - Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting - Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency - Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis - In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education Qualifications - Extensive Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) - Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user - Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue - Experience working with multi-million ($10M+) dollar budgets - Experience in the RFP process; putting together proposals, working cross-functionally internally, and presenting concepts to clients - Skilled up-selling to unlock new revenue streams across your book of business - The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge - Flexibility to travel to meet with clients within their region - Huge bonus if you have Entertainment and Auto vertical experience!
