Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (Inbound – Student Enrolments) to qualify high-quality enquiries from parents and students and convert them into enrolment-ready opportunities for our Counselling & Enrolments Team. As an ISM – Inbound (Student Enrolments), you will be the first point of contact for paid marketing-generated enquiries from Parents and Students. You will engage with prospective parents and students, understand their learning requirements, academic goals, and preferred programmes, qualify opportunities, and schedule counselling sessions with the Counsellor/Enrollment team. This is a sales-driven role with attractive performance incentives. You will own the lead from first contact until successful handover for enrolment. Key Responsibilities - Inbound Lead Management - Respond to every paid marketing-generated enquiry within the defined SLA. - Handle enquiries received through: - Google Ads - Meta Campaigns - Website Forms - Landing Pages - Webinars - Email - WhatsApp - Phone Calls - Referral Campaigns - Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up and is accurately recorded in the CRM. - Parent & Student Qualification - Qualify enquiries from: - Parents - Students - Individual Learners - Working Professionals (where applicable to the programme) - Understand: - Student's grade/course - Curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, State Board, etc.) - Subject or programme interest - Academic goals - Preferred learning mode (Online/Offline) - Budget - Purchase timeline - Recommend suitable IME products or programmes based on the learner's requirements. - Counselling Coordination & CRM Management - Schedule qualified counselling sessions with the Counsellor or Enrolments Team. - Confirm appointments and ensure high attendance. - Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and interaction notes. - Follow up on webinar, website, and campaign-generated enquiries to maximise lead-to-enrolment conversion. - Ensure 100% CRM hygiene and timely reporting. Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in: - Student Admissions - Student Enrolments - Inbound Sales - Education Counselling - EdTech Sales - Inside Sales - Must have experience handling paid marketing-generated inbound leads from Parents and Students for the purpose of driving enrolments into education programmes, EdTech solutions, coaching, online learning, certification, or higher education offerings. - Post Graduate/Graduate Preferred Industry - EdTech - Online Learning - Test Preparation - K-12 Education - Higher Education - University Admissions - Study Abroad - Education Services Skills Required - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong telephone-based counselling and lead qualification skills. - CRM experience (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or equivalent). - Ability to handle 80–100+ inbound enquiries/calls per day. - Excellent follow-up discipline and time management. - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Preferred Market Exposure - Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling student enquiries from: - Mumbai - Delhi - Noida - Gurugram - Bengaluru - Hyderabad - Candidates with experience in these education markets will have an added advantage.
