Senior HR Systems Analyst: The Senior HR Systems Analyst provides functional and technical leadership for Univar Solutions' global HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HCM data management. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, support system integrations, and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions. What You’ll Do: HR Technology Implementation & Enhancement - Lead HR technology implementation and enhancement efforts, serving as the primary liaison with third-party system partners. - Evaluate bi-annual system releases, conduct impact assessments, and recommend updates to technology, processes, and configurations. - Coordinate solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Business Analysis & Solution Design - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop and support integrations, interfaces, and data exchange processes. - Coordinate system, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials. - Support end-user training and adoption initiatives. HR Technology Strategy & Data Management - Contribute to HR technology, process, and data roadmaps. - Promote data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. - Support change management and communication activities related to HR technology initiatives. System Administration & Support - Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and Role-Based Permissions. - Provide support as needed for other HR applications within portfolio - Partner with HR teams to prepare and support annual and cyclical HR processes. - Provide Tier 3 application support and case management. - Develop reporting and analytics to support business processes and continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting HR technology solutions. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM platforms. - Experience supporting system integrations, testing, and data management activities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities. - Demonstrates a naturally curious mindset, proactively asking questions, exploring root causes, and uncovering opportunities to improve processes, systems, and business outcomes. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s): Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay - Experience supporting global HR systems and processes. - Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics. Where You'll Work: This is a hybrid-based role that will report out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. Pay & Benefits: - The salary range is $92,000 - $135,000.
