Job Description

Inventory Systems Analyst

Fellers

• Support new product introduction data collection/consolidation working closely with sales, marketing, product management/development, and suppliers. • Maintain accurate item master/product data in the ERP system. • Analyze inventory/demand data to support product lifecycle management. • Support generation/distribution inventory obsolescence reporting under the direction of the Sr. Supply Chain Manager. • Analyze data, conduct market research, and provide insights to support product teams in making informed decisions about product development, strategy, and overall direction. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory-related workflows. • Utilize and maintain ERP data for item master management. • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to inventory control staff. • Participate in system upgrades and implementations. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. • Maintaining customer experience through ERP processing with vendor Process flow management and resolution of customer orders internally.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
