• Partner with other FP&A team members to drive the company-wide financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) with rigor and strategic insight. • Serve as a thought partner to support planning, tradeoffs and investment decisions, proactively sharing insights recommendations, opportunities and other ways to improve both financial and business performance. • Serve as dedicated FP&A partner to program teams and functional leaders across the organization, embedding financial insight into how the business plans, operates and makes decisions day to day. • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions and drive disciplined decision-making around investments, resource allocation and portfolio priorities. • Advance financial systems, reporting and analytics to improve decision-making and accountability across the business. • Champion the adoption of AI and automation across FP&A to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and free up capacity for higher-value analysis. • Ensure resource alignment with corporate strategy; conduct scenario analyses and risk/opportunity assessments. • Identify emerging risks and opportunities early, proactively raising issues and proposing solutions that support company objectives. • Build financial transparency across the organization by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that enable faster and better decisions. • Support the accounting close process as needed, partnering with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Tracking finances related to the day-to-day execution of the budget • Developing professional relationships with ISG stakeholders to best understand needs and requirements • Providing summary of reconciled funds in an excel format or other system utilized by the ISG • Utilizing government and commercial tracking tools such as Defense Agency Initiative (DAI), SharePoint, and Power BI • Supporting the Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) CFR and G-TSCMIS budget estimation submissions, and making recommendations for changes to bring into conformance with published technical standards • Monitoring program costs by countries, number of engagements by country, duration, and activity or project to ensure programs are meeting targets • Tracking current year program obligations and funds execution including purchases (e.g., supplies, equipment), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), travel costs, and contractor and Federally Funded Research and Development Corporation (FFRDC) expenses and communicate them to ISG leadership • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract coverage is funded and requested to support overall ICB efforts

• Manage customer billing and invoicing in Maxio, including new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and credits, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time. • Own accounts receivable collections: monitor the AR aging report, proactively call and email customers to collect overdue balances, negotiate payment timelines, and escalate issues to the Director of Finance when needed. • Support accounts payable: process vendor invoices, manage approvals, prepare payment runs, and handle supplier queries. • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero: bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. • Support the month-end close process: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules. • Keep billing and customer data consistent across Maxio, Xero, and HubSpot, flagging and resolving discrepancies. • Respond to customer billing queries promptly and professionally, protecting both revenue and customer relationships. • Assist with audits, VAT and tax filings, expense management, and ad hoc finance projects as directed by the Director of Finance.

As the Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer supporting Finance, you will operate as the embedded AI engineering partner for the Finance organization: - Attend planning reviews, close cycles, forecasting discussions, operational reviews, and executive preparation processes. - Understand how Finance operates today and how AI can transform it tomorrow. - Own each agent end-to-end: from discovery and prototyping to shipping, monitoring, and iterating. You will partner closely with the Sr. Director, Strategic Finance, who owns the Finance AI roadmap and business prioritization, while remaining part of Omada’s AI Transformation & Enablement engineering organization. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building and deploying software, data, automation, or AI-powered applications. - 2+ years of recent hands-on experience building LLM-based or AI-enabled systems in production environments. - Strong experience designing AI workflows including retrieval systems, orchestration patterns, tool usage, evaluation frameworks, and multi-step reasoning systems. - Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-quality backend services, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows. - Experience integrating enterprise systems and operational data into AI-enabled workflows. Requirements - Experience working with enterprise business systems such as ERP, planning, financial, or operational platforms. - Experience designing retrieval or contextual knowledge systems across large document and metric corpora. - Familiarity with structured and unstructured enterprise data environments. - Understanding of operational monitoring, evaluation, and observability concepts for AI systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to partner directly with non-technical teams and translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions. - Experience enabling business users through training, documentation, and operational coaching. - Comfortable operating within highly cross-functional and rapidly evolving environments.
