• Partner with other FP&A team members to drive the company-wide financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) with rigor and strategic insight. • Serve as a thought partner to support planning, tradeoffs and investment decisions, proactively sharing insights recommendations, opportunities and other ways to improve both financial and business performance. • Serve as dedicated FP&A partner to program teams and functional leaders across the organization, embedding financial insight into how the business plans, operates and makes decisions day to day. • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities, challenge assumptions and drive disciplined decision-making around investments, resource allocation and portfolio priorities. • Advance financial systems, reporting and analytics to improve decision-making and accountability across the business. • Champion the adoption of AI and automation across FP&A to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and free up capacity for higher-value analysis. • Ensure resource alignment with corporate strategy; conduct scenario analyses and risk/opportunity assessments. • Identify emerging risks and opportunities early, proactively raising issues and proposing solutions that support company objectives. • Build financial transparency across the organization by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that enable faster and better decisions. • Support the accounting close process as needed, partnering with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Serve as the operational owner for commercial manufacturing performance at assigned CDMO partners, ensuring reliable execution of production schedules, supply commitments, and operational readiness. • Lead a cross-functional Virtual Manufacturing Team, aligning Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, and Analytical Development around a common operational plan and clear priorities. • Develop deep operational visibility into manufacturing performance, proactively identifying staffing, equipment, material, scheduling, and compliance risks before they impact patients or supply. • Drive operational excellence by establishing meaningful performance metrics, monitoring trends, and partnering with CDMO leadership to improve right-first-time performance, schedule adherence, cycle times, yields, and overall manufacturing reliability. • Partner closely with Quality to ensure deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and audit observations are addressed with urgency while maintaining the highest standards of GMP compliance. • Lead operational response during manufacturing issues, acting as the primary Praxis representative during batch-at-risk events, supply disruptions, or significant operational escalations. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce cost, increase capacity, and strengthen long-term CDMO capabilities.

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders at a defined set of priority academic and community neurology centers. • Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease state, clinical data, and the relutrigine clinical profile, including complex discussions in rare and genetic epilepsies. • Support pre-launch medical readiness by educating stakeholders on emerging data, evolving treatment paradigms, and patient identification considerations in SCN2A and SCN8A populations. • Engage in deep scientific dialogue on mechanism of action, genotype–phenotype relationships, and clinical data interpretation in rare patient populations. • Gather, synthesize, and communicate field insights (e.g., unmet needs, diagnostic challenges, treatment patterns, clinical questions) to inform medical strategy. • Support identification and engagement of key experts and specialized epilepsy centers under the guidance of senior team members. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned execution of field activities and support clinical readiness. • Represent Praxis at scientific congresses and medical meetings, capturing and translating insights into actionable recommendations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rare epilepsy landscapes, clinical data, and emerging scientific developments. • Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Define and execute analytical strategies for commercial products, ensuring methods, specifications, and control strategies remain compliant, robust, and fit for purpose. • Lead method transfer, validation, and lifecycle management activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting post-approval changes. • Provide analytical leadership for PPQ, CPV, commercial manufacturing, and stability programs, ensuring reliable data, product quality, and regulatory compliance. • Review and approve analytical documentation, including protocols, reports, specifications, method validations, Certificates of Analysis, raw data, chromatographic integrations, and audit trails. • Oversee analytical execution at CDMOs, ensuring timely, compliant deliverables that support product release, supply continuity, and inspection readiness, including on-site support during critical campaigns and inspections. • Lead analytical investigations involving OOS/OOT results, deviations, complaints, and CAPAs, driving root cause determination and technical recommendations consistent with FDA and EU GMP expectations. • Assess analytical risks associated with manufacturing, supply chain, and process changes, ensuring appropriate impurity controls and lifecycle management strategies are maintained. • Author and review technical reports, Annual Product Reviews (APR/PQRs), regulatory submissions, post-approval changes, and responses to health authorities. • Serve as the analytical SME, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and CMC teams to support compliant commercial operations and informed decision-making.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HCP, patient, speaker, advisory board, congress-related, and internal meetings across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. • Manage meeting logistics including venue sourcing, contracting, registration, travel, attendee communications, production, and onsite execution. • Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to define objectives, budgets, timelines, and success measures. • Manage agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution, strong service levels, and budget adherence. Ensure all meetings comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, identify process improvements, and support congress planning activities. Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance future programs.
