• Manage customer billing and invoicing in Maxio, including new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and credits, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time. • Own accounts receivable collections: monitor the AR aging report, proactively call and email customers to collect overdue balances, negotiate payment timelines, and escalate issues to the Director of Finance when needed. • Support accounts payable: process vendor invoices, manage approvals, prepare payment runs, and handle supplier queries. • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero: bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. • Support the month-end close process: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules. • Keep billing and customer data consistent across Maxio, Xero, and HubSpot, flagging and resolving discrepancies. • Respond to customer billing queries promptly and professionally, protecting both revenue and customer relationships. • Assist with audits, VAT and tax filings, expense management, and ad hoc finance projects as directed by the Director of Finance.
• Optimize and integrate the GTM workflows across tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Zapier, Claude, and related data/automation/platform tools including MixPanel, Impartner and more. • Ensure consistency of data structure, hygiene and architecture across GTM tools and systems, supporting GTM scale • Design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows for lead enrichment, routing, scoring, and customer engagement across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partners. • Build dashboards and attribution models to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue impact. • Integrate AI and automation across GTM operations to improve segmentation, personalization, and efficiency at scale. • Partner with Demand Gen, Web, SDR, and Partner teams to operationalize campaigns and automate repeatable processes end-to-end. • Ensure clean, synchronized data across HubSpot, Sales, and Partner systems, with a focus on data quality and governance. • Drive CRO initiatives: design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve funnel performance and conversion rates. • Evaluate and pilot new AI, RevOps, and automation technologies (e.g. Clay, n8n, Claude Cowork, and emerging GTM tools) to stay ahead of the curve.
• Support the Director of Growth in planning and executing integrated campaigns that create new business and expansion opportunities. • Own end-to-end campaign orchestration across email, social media, partner portals, webinars, and third-party media— ensuring cohesive messaging, precise execution, and strong performance across channels. • Design and run structured testing and experimentation (e.g., messaging, channels, offers, targeting) to continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline impact. • Own and maintain Cynomi’s marketing communications calendar across channels. • Manage 3rd-party placements (ex: Dark Reading, CRN, CISO Series, peer groups, MSP publications) to elevate brand awareness and drive conversion. • Work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, Partner Account Management, and our Chief Evangelist to bring campaigns and assets to market. • Track and report performance metrics across campaigns, webinars, email, and opportunity influence. • Design and operate AI-powered campaign systems that automate content generation, distribution, and optimization—continuously improving performance through data-driven feedback loops. • Build and iterate on scalable, AI-driven (agentic) workflows using the existing marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, automation tools, AI copilots) to increase team productivity and campaign velocity. • Continuously optimize campaign execution and internal processes through automation, tooling, and rapid experimentation. • Identify opportunities to replace manual execution with AI-driven workflows, increasing output, speed, and impact without increasing resources.
• Own the full technical journey of our US MSP/MSSP partners • Drive decision clarity, design and execute high-impact Proof of Value processes • Help partners reach time-to-first-value quickly • Run structured discovery that connects customer workflows and pain points to clear business outcomes • Design and execute Proof of Value (POV) engagements with defined success criteria and POV plans • Deliver use-case-driven demos that support decision-making • Handle technical objections and clearly articulate competitive differentiation • Lead onboarding and technical adoption for an assigned cohort of partners • Run hands-on workshops, participate in partner events, and enable technical teams • Capture high-signal product feedback from the field and communicate it effectively to internal teams
