• Produce detailed architectural documentation from SketchUp & 3D Revit models, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. • Develop high-resolution detail drawings (1:2 and 1:1) for complex material junctions, including metal, timber, stone, glass, and bespoke joinery. • Support the Director and senior architects with architectural design development, documentation, and project delivery. • Coordinate documentation across architectural and interior design packages as required. • Work within the studio's Revit environment, contributing to shared BIM models and maintaining documentation and file standards. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to support successful project delivery. • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, constructible, and compliant with relevant Australian building standards and project requirements. • Produce and maintain 3D models to support design development and documentation. • Assist with interior documentation, including joinery shop drawings and fit-out coordination, where required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural documentation, ideally with exposure to high-end residential or mixed-use projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong 3D modelling and documentation capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to produce precise, construction-ready detail drawings
  • Comfortable working within shared Revit models and managing file coordination
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, material detailing, building assemblies, and buildability considerations
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes and architectural documentation standards
  • General understanding of construction costing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision once briefed
  • Reliable internet connection and own computer/equipment capable of running Revit efficiently
  • Preferred/Nice-to-Have:**
  • Familiarity with Australian building codes and construction standards (BCA/NCC)
  • Registered Architect in Phillipines or AIA.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape is highly regarded
