Partner Enablement Architect
Cyera
• Design and develop scalable, modular enablement curricula for a variety of partner types — resellers, GSIs, and technology alliances — spanning onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodology, and technical competency • Build and maintain a portfolio of instructor-led training (ILT) courses in multiple formats: 1-hour sessions, full-day workshops, and multi-day bootcamps delivered both in person and virtually • Own the courseware lifecycle — updating materials in response to product releases, feature launches, and evolving competitive positioning, ensuring content is always accurate and market-relevant • Translate complex product and security concepts into clear, compelling learning experiences that are accessible to a range of partner personas, from technical practitioners to sales professionals • Deliver engaging ILT sessions directly to partner audiences, across formats ranging from 1-hour product deep-dives and enablement webinars to 1-day workshops and 3-day partner bootcamps • Facilitate training in person at partner sites, Cyera offices, and industry events, as well as virtually via video conferencing platforms — with presence and energy that reflects well on Cyera • Adapt delivery style and content depth to the audience in the room, balancing technical rigor with accessibility and keeping sessions focused on practical, applicable outcomes • Gather real-time feedback during sessions and incorporate learner insights into ongoing content improvement • Travel as required to support in-person delivery across partner locations • Collaborate with the Head of Partner Enablement, Channel Leadership, Product Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to ensure training content aligns with strategic priorities and messaging • Help maintain and optimize the Partner Resource Library, LMS, and Partner Portal in conjunction with Channel Marketing and Sales Operations • Track and report on enablement program effectiveness — completion rates, assessment scores, and qualitative feedback — and use data to iterate on program design • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, approvals, and content refresh cycles, maintaining quality and instructional integrity throughout • Support the Head of Partner Enablement on additional projects and objectives that advance the success of Channel Partners and GSIs globally.
