• Manage and maintain the company's Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID. • Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle management. • Manage endpoint security using Microsoft Defender and implement security best practices across the organisation. • Maintain cloud infrastructure and services (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace where applicable). • Design, implement, and maintain IT security policies and standards aligned with industry frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. • Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives. • Lead IT infrastructure improvements and cloud optimisation projects. • Monitor software licensing and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. • Manage IT vendors, hardware procurement, and technology lifecycle. • Automate repetitive IT processes using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation tools. • Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies that improve productivity and security. • Provide technical leadership and support for internal users. • Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or IT Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, Autopilot, compliance policies, application deployment, Conditional Access integration).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); Microsoft Defender; Exchange Online; SharePoint Online; Microsoft Teams)
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (AWS experience is a plus).
- Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Administrator, or Microsoft Security certifications.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, identity management, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience implementing security policies and compliance controls.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and IT automation.
- Experience integrating AI into IT operations and employee support.
- Experience building, configuring, or deploying AI agents for internal business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Good level of English and strong communications skills.

Role Description The Level 1 Help Desk Technician provides first-line support to end-users experiencing technical issues.
