• Build, modify, and document ResWare action workflows based on state, county, and client requirements. • Create, manage, and maintain ResWare action lists and document templates. • Work closely with IT professionals to maintain and optimize system performance. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and support teams (including Qualia as needed). • Train and support internal staff to ensure accurate and efficient use of ResWare. • Configure new clients and product types within the system. • Develop and maintain custom integrations and XML document mapping. • Manage internal and external portal access, permissions, and role rights. • Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rate structures. • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary. • Support pre-sales demonstrations and assist in project scoping and proposal development. • Create and manage project plans to ensure timely, successful implementations. • Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a ResWare Administrator is required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure (switching & routing) is a plus.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
