Senior Marketing Specialist
PSI CRO AG
• Plans and executes assigned marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, content, PR, internal communication) • Creates content for assigned channels • Tracks performance metrics and produces reports for stakeholders • Analyzes performance of assigned campaigns and optimizes tactics • Manages relations with marketing vendors • Manages budgets and billing for assigned channels • Performs updates of the PSI website • Plans and supports PSI events, working with the global marketing events team • Contributes to PSI marketing strategy • Mentors junior members of the marketing team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- East Coast Location Preferred
- At least 3-5 years running B2B social media campaigns (LinkedIn), experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/ weChat is a plus
- Experience running digital events (coordinating, content development, post event activity)
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Strong writing and editing experience, outstanding verbal communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects at once with high attention to detail
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design software (i.e. Canva, Photoshop)

Role Description We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to grow our online presence through targeted Google Ads campaigns, engaging social media content, and strong SEO practices. This is a flexible, remote contract role ideal for a self-starter who can hit the ground running. - Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to drive qualified traffic to our website, webinars, and courses. - Manage and grow our social media presence (primarily Instagram and Facebook), including content scheduling, caption writing, and community engagement. - Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements to increase organic search visibility. - Track and report on key metrics monthly — including ad spend, ROI, follower growth, and website traffic. - Collaborate with our team to align marketing efforts with upcoming course launches, events, and promotions. Qualifications - Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable results. - Strong social media management skills, with a portfolio or examples of past work. - Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar). - Excellent written communication skills — our audience is parents, and tone matters. - Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage your own schedule and deadlines. - Experience in the wellness, parenting, education, or health space is a plus.
