Influencer, UGC, and Affiliate Manager for Anime Jewelry Brand

Role Description We are hiring an Influencer, UGC, and Affiliate Manager to build and scale the creator, ambassador, and affiliate side of marketing for our Australia-based, 7-figure, anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand. You will own creator sourcing, outreach, gifting, affiliate setup, campaign management, and ambassador growth. This role is best suited for someone with strong short-form content judgment, real affiliate marketing experience, and a natural understanding of anime, fandom, and creator culture. You will lead our influencer, UGC, affiliate, and ambassador pipeline from end to end. This includes: - Finding the right creators - Managing outreach and relationships - Coordinating gifting and campaigns - Setting up affiliate systems - Helping turn strong creator content into organic, affiliate, and paid ad opportunities You will work closely with the marketing manager and paid creative team to: - Identify high-potential creator content - Improve future scripts and hooks - Build a repeatable creator engine that supports growth across multiple channels To help us identify thoughtful applicants, please write the word "seesaw" in your response to the first screening question on the application page. Qualifications - Proven influencer or creator marketing experience for e-commerce brands - Real affiliate marketing experience - Shopify experience - Experience with Social Snowball, UpPromote, or similar affiliate and referral tools - Ability to explain the differences between affiliate, referral, ambassador, and creator tracking tools - Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks, reels, scripts, and content quality - Social media management experience - Strong creator judgment and the ability to manage a high volume of creators - Anime fan or strong familiarity with anime, manga, fandom culture, and related communities - Clear, enthusiastic, and persuasive communication style - Strong organization across sourcing, outreach, follow-up, negotiation, and campaign management - Reliable, consistent, and available at least 5 days per week Requirements - TikTok Shop experience - Discord community-building experience - UGC ad coordination experience - Experience managing ambassador, referral, or tiered creator programs - Experience working with international creators - Experience recruiting creators from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Discord, Reddit, or niche communities - Experience with Amazon, Etsy, or other e-commerce platforms - Experience with jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, collectibles, anime, manga, gaming, or fan-culture brands Benefits - Fully remote work - Pay raises and bonuses for strong performance - Australia-based company with PH-friendly hours.
