• Execute the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, HR, and Internal Communications teams. • Translate the EVP, employer brand positioning, and key messaging into effective communication across all internal and external channels. • Develop and execute quarterly and monthly Employer Brand communication plans with clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and communication channels. • Own the Employer Brand content strategy and editorial calendar across career pages, social media, digital platforms, and recruitment marketing channels. • Increase employer brand awareness and attractiveness across priority markets through integrated communication campaigns. • Coordinate internal communication initiatives from the Brand Team side, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with the corporate brand. • Develop communication toolkits, presentations, campaign assets, and branded materials to support recruitment, employer branding, and internal initiatives. • Organise and coordinate Employer Brand campaigns with external agencies and production partners, including briefing, creative development, production, quality control, and documentation. • Lead the production of communication assets, including videos, digital content, banners, presentations, branded merchandise, and campaign materials. • Support employee advocacy initiatives and strengthen the company's presence across professional communities and social platforms. • Support the company's participation in employer branding rankings, awards, conferences, university partnerships, and industry events. • Measure communication effectiveness and campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Internal Communications, PR, Recruitment, Brand Marketing, Design, and Events teams.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Employer Brand, Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Communications.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional communication projects from planning through execution.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, prioritisation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Experience developing communication campaigns, content strategies, and digital communication initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, content marketing, and recruitment marketing.
- Experience working with creative agencies and managing content and creative production.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Russian proficiency.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Role Description As the Media Lead for North America (US & CA), you will manage our regional relationships with our global media agencies of record and work with the marketing and cross-functional teams based throughout the region to ensure cohesive regional media strategies focused around internally-aligned go-to-market approaches. This role requires close collaboration with teams across Airbnb, including: - Regional Brand Marketing - Growth Marketing - Measurement & Analytics - Consumer Insights - FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) - Data Science - Social and Corporate Communications teams In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute global campaigns by creating locally relevant strategies that truly connect with regional audiences. Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Integrated Marketing to lead Roo’s brand team and shape how the veterinary community experiences Roo across channels, audiences, and touchpoints. This role is responsible for leading the team that brings Roo’s brand to life across content, social, community, PR, events, campaigns, web, paid channels, and more.
