• Execute onboarding and offboarding steps for employees and contractors across a global team—including US and UK activities—in Workday, following established SOPs to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Process employment changes—job changes, org changes, contract amendments, and manager updates—for both US and UK employees within defined workflows. • Prepare employment documentation such as change letters and contract amendments for review and approval, and support accurate storage in Workday. • Help facilitate coordination across HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, IT, Accounting, and Payroll to ensure lifecycle changes are completed on time. • Submit background check requests and follow up on progress through the hiring process, keeping relevant parties informed. • Ensure accurate data entry for employee and contractor records in Workday, flagging discrepancies to the team for resolution. • Assist with routine data audits and clean-up efforts to support system integrity. • Help respond to reporting requests from HR and business partners, pulling data accurately and on time. • Help support US I-9 compliance monitoring and UK right to work check coordination as part of onboarding workflows. • Review onboarding and lifecycle compliance materials on a regular cadence to confirm accurate completion and appropriate capture in Workday. • Adhere to established SOPs and flag process gaps or outdated documentation to the manager. • Assist with ad-hoc compliance and operational hygiene projects as directed. • Track and follow up on tasks across Workday, Asana, Slack, and email to ensure execution remains seamless. • Serve as a responsive point of contact for HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders on lifecycle and coordination questions. • Surface issues and timeline risks early, escalating to the manager rather than waiting for problems to compound.

Compensation Information The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $155,000 and $168,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Data Science to define and execute the payments and billing roadmap, • Identify areas of opportunity and drive the delivery of improvements for bank account connectivity, • Develop the strategy for how Acorns will leverage technologies like Recurly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit card providers, and ACH, • Expand Acorns ecosystem beyond Apple Pay and Google Pay to include future integrations like Venmo, Zelle, and other emerging rails, • Treat operations as a customer by driving workflow strategies and tools, • Lead high-stakes relationships and technical integrations with processors, bank SaaS providers, payment vendors, and merchants.

• Collaborate with engineering and design to explore, test, and optimize prompt engineering frameworks for open-ended generative AI features, such as an interactive "Ask Acorns" experience. • Research customer interaction models and handoff experiences from LLMs to downstream features, providing clear recommendations and hypotheses for product experimentation that drive customer retention. • Evaluate the evolving AI ecosystem—including the ChatGPT store, plugin marketplaces, and third-party LLM integrations—to identify strategic growth, distribution, and product expansion opportunities. • Partner with the Marketing team to align on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, establishing an ingestion framework for AI search insights to fuel a robust roadmap of growth experiments. • Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative customer feedback from product experiments to iterate rapidly and scale high-impact growth initiatives.

• Lead Product Strategy: Define how Ask Acorns evolves as an intelligence layer across both the Acorns and Acorns Early brands over time • Own the Roadmap: Define and drive the Ask Acorns roadmap, partnering with product teams across Financial Planning, Financial Products, Families, and Growth to align priorities, surface dependencies, and ensure capabilities are built and sequenced in service of the broader product strategy • Shape the Experience: Partner with design to craft Ask Acorns' voice, tone, and persona, and how it handles the edges of what it can help with • Define Skills and Capabilities: Build the strategy for Ask Acorns' skills and capabilities, including memory and longitudinal understanding, proactivity, conversation threading, and the guardrails that govern experience and safety. • Set the Quality Bar: Partner with engineering to establish the quality and performance bar for Ask Acorns, including latency, reliability, and the infrastructure that connects Ask Acorns to the broader Acorns product ecosystem • Measure and Improve: Define success metrics and eval infrastructure, partner with research to build customer feedback loops, and use conversation transcripts and system instrumentation to detect issues and improve over time • Evolve How We Work: Drive new ways of working across teams to improve the quality and speed of AI product development
