• Develop and maintain features for OpenSesame’s eLearning platform • Collaborate with team through Extreme Programming practices • Participate in code reviews and testing

• Build and own scalable reporting, dashboards, and forecasting • Act as a steward for CS data integrity • Turn customer, product, and revenue data into actionable insights • Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into action • Leverage AI and automation tools to scale customer outreach • Design and implement AI-powered and agent-based workflows

• work across a modern full tech stack including React, TypeScript, Node.js, GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS, SQL (RDBMS) • participate in team practices such as pairing, code reviews, on-call rotation, and releases

• Drive integrated campaigns from strategy to results • Maintain a forward-looking campaign portfolio view • Analyze performance trends on weekly and monthly basis • Partner with RevOps, PMM, and Sales on audience targeting

• First point of contact for resolving technical issues • Manage user access and set up hardware/software • Support employee onboarding and maintain documentation • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
