Senior Brand Manager – Employer Brand, Brand Projects

• Develop and execute global brand projects aligned with the corporate brand strategy and business objectives • Lead the development and implementation of the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy in partnership with HR and Internal Communications • Define and regularly update the EVP, employer brand positioning, key messages, target audiences, and priority GEOs • Plan and deliver quarterly and monthly Brand and Employer Brand campaigns with clear objectives, KPIs, timelines, and budgets • Manage cross-functional brand initiatives, including corporate campaigns, product launches support, rebranding initiatives, employer brand activations, and strategic communication projects • Increase corporate and employer brand awareness across priority markets in alignment with the global brand strategy • Coordinate external agencies and production partners: prepare briefs, manage tenders, oversee creative development, production quality, documentation, and delivery • Lead the creation of brand assets, including campaign concepts, videos, digital content, presentations, branded merchandise, event materials, and marketing collateral • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications by maintaining visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice • Analyse brand and employer brand performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation • Build strong collaboration with HR, Brand Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Design, Events • Support the company's participation in industry rankings, conferences, speaking opportunities, and employer branding initiatives

• Own QA for your product team end-to-end: test strategy, checklists, test cases, etc. • Measure product quality with meaningful QA metrics and indicators (not vanity numbers) • Report QA status, risks, and plans to your team and product stakeholders • Review feature requirements early; surface gaps, ambiguities, and risks before development • Lead releases as the responsible QA; monitor deploy results in production • Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution • Validate data directly in the databases - you will work with databases on a daily basis as part of this role • Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and business • Give product demos to the Product Owner • Research and adopt new QA approaches and tools, including AI-assisted QA (agents, skills) to speed up routine work • Continuously improve the team’s QA process.

• Support the Legal and Compliance Team in a wide range of legal and regulatory tasks • Conduct in-depth research to interpret various laws, rules, and regulations • Assist internal teams and stakeholders in understanding specific legal provisions to effectively address business issues • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while managing the entire lifecycle of corporate agreements and maintaining up-to-date legal documentation • Collaborate efficiently with external advisors, regulatory authorities, and local councils • Assist with regulatory compliance by compiling necessary document packages for new license applications and helping to maintain existing licenses • Draft internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline legal workflows and improve operational efficiency • Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) checks on potential business partners to mitigate corporate risk • Participate actively in regulatory audits • Provide flexible administrative and legal support on different tasks and ad-hoc projects as required
