• Conduct research on regulated iGaming markets in Europe to identify expansion opportunities, market trends, and competitive activity. • Identify and map licensed online casinos, operators, and game studios, including key decision-makers and business contacts. • Build and maintain a structured CRM database, ensuring accurate segmentation by GEO, license type, and business potential. • Pre-qualify leads based on compliance, licensing status, and partnership readiness to support efficient Sales and BD outreach. • Deliver regular market intelligence and lead generation reports, including insights on competitors, market size, and active operators.
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives • Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress • Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress • Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies, functional specifications, and technical requirements • Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements • Conducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies • Working on projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc. • Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures) • Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized • Monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan • Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframes • Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement • Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference • Conducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products • Working on 4 projects simultaneously • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Work with end-to-end B2B funnel analytics across the full customer journey (Lead → MQL → SAL → Contract), monitor conversion performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization initiatives • Maintain and enhance KPIs reporting infrastructure and funnel performance frameworks to support operational and strategic decision-making • Support forecasting and planning through analysis of pipeline dynamics, lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and conversion trends • Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reviews highlighting key insights, risks, trends, and growth opportunities • Own marketing attribution and tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate measurement of lead sources, campaign influence, user journeys, and pipeline contribution • Lead the A/B testing and CRO process across landing pages and digital experiences, from hypothesis generation and test setup to analysis and optimization recommendations • Analyze user behavior using web and product analytics tools to identify friction points, engagement patterns, and conversion opportunities • Collaborate with BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to improve analytics processes, reporting quality, and revenue impact
• Oversee the full payment cycle: coordinate with request initiators, Legal, and Finance teams, execute payments, verify their success, and liaise with banks • Daily 7–14 day liquidity forecasting, account balancing (1C, Tableau, merchant reports), and routing payments based on limits and currency • Monitoring bank fees and selecting the most cost-effective banks to minimize commissions • Strict verification of invoices against internal policies and system details • Investigation of delays/blocks and Root Cause Analysis • Daily downloading and processing of bank statements • Reconciling balances (1C, Tableau, merchant reports) to ensure data is updated by the start of the business day • Process Improvement: maintaining knowledge bases (Confluence), testing new features, and automating routine tasks (Excel macros, smart tables, No-code tools)
