Role Description Dia a dia como Design Lead na Cora: - Atuar diretamente nas squads do time de Conta, conduzindo discovery, prototipagem e validação de soluções com clientes e times de produto. - Trabalhar junto com Product Managers para mapear problemas, levantar hipóteses baseadas em dados e definir critérios de sucesso para as iniciativas. - Criar e iterar fluxos, organizar informações e prototipar soluções desde a fase abstrata até a entrega final, acompanhando a implementação com os devs. - Conduzir e contribuir com pesquisas e testes de usabilidade (remotos ou presenciais) para aprofundar o entendimento dos problemas dos clientes. - Ser referência de qualidade de craft no time: elevar o nível das entregas, dar feedback construtivo e manter consistência com o design system da Cora. Liderança: - Ser a referência de liderança do time de Conta para design — a pessoa com quem o designer sênior do time pode contar para crescer. - Criar e manter rituais e acordos de trabalho que ajudem o time a ter cadência e clareza nas entregas. - Contribuir para a priorização de backlog de design em alinhamento com a liderança de produto e engenharia. - Acompanhar o desenvolvimento do designer sênior, dando feedback estruturado e apontando caminhos de evolução. - Representar o time de design nas discussões de planejamento e estratégia do time de Conta. Qualifications - Domínio de design de produto de ponta a ponta — discovery, fluxos, prototipagem, testes e acompanhamento de implementação. - Experiência de pelo menos 4 anos como Product Designer, UX/UI Designer ou equivalente. - Experiência com ferramentas de prototipagem (Figma ou similares) em nível avançado. - Experiência com pesquisa com usuários e testes de usabilidade, remotos ou presenciais. - Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplos contextos ao mesmo tempo, priorizando com autonomia. - Perfil dinâmico: faz testes rápidos, valida hipóteses, vai do abstrato para o concreto sem precisar de tudo perfeito antes de avançar. - Perfil colaborativo e comunicativo: consegue influenciar times multidisciplinares sem autoridade formal. - IA no processo de design: essencial que a pessoa candidata esteja criando e trabalhando com IA no seu processo de design. Requirements - Experiência em fintechs, bancos digitais ou produtos financeiros para pessoa jurídica. - Conhecimento em produtos transacionais: PIX, boleto, TED, pagamentos. - Experiência em ambientes de metodologias ágeis (Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban). - Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados e métricas (Analytics, Mode, Mixpanel ou similares). Role Description Join our team as a GenAI Motion Designer, where you'll craft and localize high-volume motion and design content for a leading vacuum and floorcare brand across the USA (and potentially additional markets). You'll translate product innovation and performance into compelling, conversion-minded creative — ranging from animated paid social and video cutdowns to static eCommerce modules and digital retail assets.
