Multimedia Designer – 3-Month Contract

Binance.US

• Design high-quality static graphics, illustrations, and visual content for lifecycle, social, website, performance marketing, product marketing and campaigns, offline events, and more. • Produce motion graphics, short-form animations, and lightweight video assets that help explain Binance.US products, crypto concepts, platform features, and customer education topics. • Translate briefs, content outlines, and campaign concepts into polished visual deliverables that are clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with Binance.US brand standards. • Collaborate with content, social, product marketing, growth, and legal/compliance partners to incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver creative assets on time in a fast-moving environment. • Maintain organized working files, templates, design components, exports, and asset libraries to support efficient handoff, version control, and reuse across channels. • Apply strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, motion timing, and visual storytelling while following established brand guidelines. • Support production needs across multiple formats and specifications, including resizing, adapting, and optimizing creative assets for platform, channel, and campaign requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, multimedia design, or a related creative production role; experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, technology, or a fast-paced digital environment is preferred.
  • Figma experience strongly preferred, including ability to work with templates, components, shared libraries, and collaborative design workflows.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and digital production best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, including ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while advocating for design best practices.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong production design capabilities and execution across multiple digital formats.

Role Description Join our team as a GenAI Motion Designer, where you'll craft and localize high-volume motion and design content for a leading vacuum and floorcare brand across the USA (and potentially additional markets). You'll translate product innovation and performance into compelling, conversion-minded creative — ranging from animated paid social and video cutdowns to static eCommerce modules and digital retail assets.
