Role Description Develop comprehensive sourcing lists and pipelines for various projects through complex internet searches and research, online resident databases, and social media. - Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Medical databases, social networks, complex internet searches, etc.) to identify and attract clinical professionals and qualified candidates. - Document all sourcing activities, including updating lead and candidate information using the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Utilize AI technology to manage and update recruiting bots. - Create and deploy targeted recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract diverse talent pools for recruiting teams; such as email, SMS, or call outreach. - Triage and appropriately respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process. - Work with recruiting managers to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract diverse talent pools, including executing outreach plans and managing responses. - Implement and optimize job board strategies to attract high-quality candidates and enhance visibility of job postings. - Participate in trade shows and job fairs by promoting the Vituity brand and capturing candidate leads. - Work with the recruiting teams to help foster and build mutually beneficial relationships between our organization and various schools or educational programs with the goal of creating a positive impact on our talent pipeline. - Oversee company referral programs, engaging employees and managing referrals effectively to enhance talent acquisition efforts. - Collaborate with leads generated from events and trade shows, integrating them into sourcing strategies and maintaining relationships. - Coordinate trade show lead collection efforts, ensuring effective outreach and expanding candidate networks. - Manage SRW candidate registration to ensure alignment with event and recruiting needs. - Generate site flyers with current information and site statistics. - Collaborate with the TSO manager on various tasks and responsibilities essential for the TSO's overall success. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience working in recruiting administration, marketing, or sales required. - Previous sourcing or data mining experience strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in related field of study is preferred. - Ability to adapt and work with multiple operational systems. - Strong competency with various computer programs and technological skills. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Excellent communication skills. - Customer service oriented. - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Ability to stay nimble in a fast-changing environment. - Well-versed in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and expertise with database management. - Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
