Job Description

Senior Documentation Coordinator

Diabetes Youth Families

• Manage multiple queues promptly and accurately • Verify and audit customer information in Salesforce • Support additional business functions with documentation auditing • Work with all departments that receive customer-related documentation • Ensure all correspondence/documentation is distributed and attached to customer records correctly • Follow standardized workflows as defined by management • Manage queue within Salesforce for duplicate auditing • Manage queue for physician verification • Manage consent verification queue and assign outreach task • Review voicemail bucket and assign to appropriate rep • Properly review faxes received and link to appropriate customer record • Validate Clinic Contract Assignments • Provide feedback to management team as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree and 3+ years’ related experience working in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and “do what it takes work approach” to get the job done
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Team player; ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others (internally and externally)
