• Manage multiple queues promptly and accurately • Verify and audit customer information in Salesforce • Support additional business functions with documentation auditing • Work with all departments that receive customer-related documentation • Ensure all correspondence/documentation is distributed and attached to customer records correctly • Follow standardized workflows as defined by management • Manage queue within Salesforce for duplicate auditing • Manage queue for physician verification • Manage consent verification queue and assign outreach task • Review voicemail bucket and assign to appropriate rep • Properly review faxes received and link to appropriate customer record • Validate Clinic Contract Assignments • Provide feedback to management team as needed.

• Manage study startup activities such as site selection, site qualification visits, and site activation. • Prepare site initiation visit material and lead the training for protocol and case report forms for all sites. • Lead the effort for User Acceptance Testing for the study database build. • Lead the effort to draft the study-specific monitoring plan. • Review study-related documents such as protocols, consent/assent forms, etc. • Serve as the primary contact for questions related to protocol compliance throughout the study. • Conduct regular monitoring visits to ensure studies are being executed in compliance with the protocol, and applicable regulations. • Mentor other CRAs on the team. • Manage project meetings related to monitoring activities. • Lead study closeout and database lock activities. • Ensure compliance with SOPs and local regulations, and ICH and GCP guidelines. • Performs other duties as required.

• As a Clinical Retention Specialist, work on high-impact initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to improve health outcomes for diabetes patients. • Deliver personalized education and training to new and existing patients and healthcare providers via phone and virtual platforms. • Provide proactive follow-up, clinical consultation, recommendations, and troubleshooting to ensure sustained device adoption. • Collaborate closely with Clinical Services Managers, regional field teams, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Accurately document all customer interactions and support data-driven initiatives to improve retention performance.

• Act as an expert clinical resource for complex diabetes management scenarios requiring advanced judgment and intervention. • Apply evidence-based diabetes management principles to guide patients and healthcare providers through Omnipod therapy challenges. • Deliver advanced, personalized clinical education and training via phone and virtual platforms. • Manage clinical retention quotas assigned for a defined geographic region, including complex customer scenarios. • Execute established retention strategies while tailoring engagement to individual patient and regional needs. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare providers to support continuity of care.
