• Supports, configures, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) to ensure system stability and business process efficiency. • Responsible for application administration, troubleshooting, developing reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), and managing integrations. • Specializing in specific areas such as Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or Procurement. • Resolving functional and technical issues, analyzing errors, and providing user support. • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher. • Facilitating data migration and integration with other systems using tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import), REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with ERP/HCM implementations, support or managed services.
- Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certifications in Fusion modules are highly desirable, not required.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to the specific module.
- 3+ years Oracle Fusion ERP Experience
- Familiarity working with Oracle databases and coding with PL/SQL is a plus.

Role Description The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Race Communications’ fiber-based services for MDU, ICB (Individual case basis) and Business. This role acts as the central point of coordination between Sales, Engineering, Construction, Provisioning, Network Operations and customers to ensure fiber services are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with customer commitments and SLAs.
