Role Description We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to serve as the operational owner and subject matter expert for Bizee Pro, distribution partnerships, and new workflows across entity management, compliance, registered agent, virtual address, and virtual mail. This role requires both domain expertise and operational transformation experience. The right person understands: - Business formation - Entity management - Registered agent - Annual reports - Foreign qualifications - Amendments - Certificates of good standing - Virtual address - Virtual mail - USPS 1583 - CMRA-related workflows This person will help Bizee close the gap between what sophisticated professional operators and distribution partners need, what our workflows support today, and what Product, Engineering, Fulfillment, Support, Legal, and Compliance need to build or operationalize next. This is not a traditional account management role. This is the internal operations leader who ensures new workflows actually work at scale. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, fulfillment operations, partner operations, compliance operations, entity management, business formation operations, registered agent operations, implementation operations, process improvement, or a related role. - Strong working knowledge of business formation, entity management, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, registered agent services, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows. - Experience leading operational transformation in a high-scale service delivery environment. - Experience using automation, AI, or workflow technology to reduce friction and improve operational consistency. - Experience scaling fulfillment, support, or service delivery operations across national or multi-jurisdictional workflows. - Strong ability to map, document, and improve complex workflows across multiple teams, systems, products, and service requirements. - Strong communication skills and ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, SOPs, launch-readiness materials, and executive updates. - High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort building process from scratch. • Support multiple Research Project Teams in partnership with the relevant Program Team Leads (PTLs) • Establish and maintain a high-performing operating process that connects team execution tactics with program strategy • Drive core project management fundamentals, including cross-functional meeting management, agendas, minutes, decisions/actions, integrated project plans, timelines, and awareness of risks, issues, and dependencies • Enable high-quality team discussions, governance preparedness, and execution. • Apply fit-for-purpose project management to advance pipeline projects through Amgen's governance process and toward clinical candidate nomination • Support collaboration management activities and serve as a point of contact for alliance execution and agreement-related questions • Partner with Project Team Leads (PTL) to charter teams, develop core documents, establish timelines and budgets, and align project tactics with project strategy • Manage project timelines and monitor team adherence to project plans; ensure project plans and timelines are entered and updated in the enterprise system • Facilitate effective project meetings and manage change in a matrix environment • Identify resource gaps and work with the Project Team to resolve, taking appropriate action when necessary. • Drive optimal approaches across teams and develop and implement fit-for-purpose tools to efficiently support Project Teams.

• Develop and own the learning journey post-onboarding for our Commercial Sales and Business Development Representative Teams and own change management end to end • Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90 day programs • Partner with subject-matter experts including PMM, Advisory, Services and Sales Leadership to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences • Identify skills gaps use data, feedback, and performance insights to recommend actionable development plans for teams and individuals • Own your learning journey using tools such as LMS platforms and learning analytics dashboards • Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders at all levels • Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance outcomes, and continuously iterate to improve • Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths to ensure employees are meeting and beating goals

• Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery roadmap across all transformation workstreams, including organizational structure redesign, AI-native engineering platform adoption, shift-left governance and compliance, developer enablement, operating model change, and security and legal process modernization. • Drive the weekly program management cadence, surfacing and resolving roadblocks, managing cross-stream dependencies, and maintaining momentum across a multi-quarter delivery roadmap. • Prepare and facilitate bi-weekly executive Steering Group updates, translating program complexity into clear status, risks, and decisions needed. • Partner with workstream leads to build and operationalize a governance framework, including charters, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability structures, that empowers teams to execute autonomously. • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management across Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Security, building trust and alignment across a matrixed organization.
