As Bizee grows and transforms, one of the most important responsibilities of this role will be building and protecting a high talent bar. This leader will help ensure we hire high-caliber builders, operators, and leaders who: - Raise the standard. - Strengthen execution. - Fit the culture we are building. You will help design how Bizee hires, onboards, develops, manages, communicates, and performs as we move into our next stage of growth. What You Will Own - Partner with the President and executive team on org design, leadership effectiveness, talent quality, succession, performance, and cross-functional friction. - Design and protect Bizee’s talent bar, including hiring standards, role scorecards, interview calibration, decision rules, and leadership alignment. - Design a scalable hiring system, including workforce planning, role definition, scorecards, interview loops, calibration, decision frameworks, and candidate experience. - Build Bizee’s People Operating System, including the rhythms, mechanisms, and rituals that drive alignment, accountability, and performance. - Strengthen the manager layer through practical enablement, feedback systems, performance routines, and leadership expectations. - Design and own Bizee's performance cycle: goal setting, ratings, calibration, and linkage to comp and promotion decisions. - Advise on role clarity, leveling, compensation philosophy, incentive design, spans, layers, and capability planning. - Build onboarding, engagement, and internal communication mechanisms that help employees ramp faster and stay connected to the mission. - Lead change management as Bizee modernizes its platform, operating model, AI-enabled workflows, and distributed teams. - Plan and execute the eventual transition away from full co-employment (PEO) arrangements in multiple countries globally. - Own multi-state wage and hour compliance and workforce administration for a distributed employee population spanning nearly all 50 U.S. states. - Lead and integrate teams across multiple countries internationally, ensuring a coherent Bizee culture and set of operating standards. Role Description This is the founding FP&A hire at Bizee. The company runs today on a 4-person accounting team and has no FP&A function. You will build that function from the ground up: - Designing the budgeting and forecasting process - Building the financial models - Producing board-ready reporting - Shaping the FP&A tech stack as we complete our NetSuite implementation and evaluate planning tools such as Vena, Pigment, or Mosaic This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. You own the work; you don’t delegate it. We need someone with the seniority to operate independently from day one, the discipline to bring structure where none exists, and the SaaS finance fluency to model a subscription business under ASC 606 correctly the first time. You will also flex into the accounting team during month-end close — not running close, but supporting it where an extra senior pair of hands and a sharp analytical eye shorten the cycle and tighten the numbers. - Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes end-to-end. - Build and maintain the company's integrated SaaS financial model: bookings, billings, ASC 606 recognized revenue, deferred revenue waterfall, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback). - Flex into the accounting team to support month-end close, owning or co-owning specific workstreams — flux analysis, revenue and deferred revenue review, accrual reasonableness, and variance commentary. - Produce monthly board reporting, executive dashboards, and variance analysis with clear narrative around the numbers. - Partner with leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to set targets, review performance, and inform investment decisions. - Drive ad-hoc strategic analysis: pricing, unit economics, customer cohorts, channel ROI, and scenario planning. - Recommend, implement, and own the FP&A tech stack, bringing a strong point of view on the right planning platform for our scale. - Use AI tools (Claude is our daily driver) to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and pressure-test models. - Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for the executive team and board. Qualifications - 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, with at least 4 years at a SaaS or subscription company. - Proven ability to operate independently and stand up processes from scratch. - Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition. - Comfort working inside a month-end close cycle. - Fluency in core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number, rule of 40). - Expert-level financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets. - SQL fluency and experience working out of a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred). - Experience producing board-ready reporting and presenting to executive audiences. - Comfort with NetSuite (or a similar ERP) as a system of record. - Exposure to FP&A planning tools such as Vena, Pigment, Mosaic, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful, Cube, or Datarails. - Active, daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent credential is a plus. Nice to Have - Prior experience as a first or early FP&A hire at a private, profitable, growth-stage SaaS company. - Background in SMB SaaS, vertical SaaS, online business services, or fintech. - Experience partnering with a small accounting team during a NetSuite implementation. - Experience standing up FP&A reporting on top of a newly implemented data warehouse.

Role Description Bizee’s acquisition engine drives substantial traffic, but conversion rate and revenue-per-visitor remain under-optimized. This role exists to close that gap. As Principal PM for Growth, you own the on-site conversion funnel end-to-end: - Package selection - Checkout - Post-checkout - Every pricing-surface presentation You’ll own the backlog of a dedicated Growth team; shaping priorities and being accountable for shipping metric moving strategies. You build and run the A/B testing program with statistical rigor: - Orthogonal testing with intention, no underpowered reads You translate pricing and packaging strategy into shipped, measurable outcomes. Where paid media buys the visitor, you convert them. The measure of success in this role is simple: demonstrable improvement in key business conversion metrics: - Visitor-to-purchase conversion rate - Revenue per visitor You will be held accountable to outcomes, not outputs. You will create the transparency, quality, and consistency that makes those results trustworthy and repeatable through: - A healthy Growth team backlog - Clear prioritization, sequencing, and documented funnel requirements with acceptance criteria that engineering can build against - A real experimentation system - Test backlog, orthogonal scheduling, and documented read standards - A predictable test cadence with measurable improvement vs. baseline - Trustworthy instrumentation - Complete GA4 and Amplitude audit with gaps triaged and a fix plan in place - A live revenue-per-visitor dashboard the team actually uses - Pricing activation playbook - A repeatable system for taking research to on-site SKUs, bundles, test plans, and rollouts Qualifications - Deeply analytical - Marketing systems fluency - Conversion-focused, not feature-focused - CRO execution experience - AI Amplification, not replacement - Cross-functional collaboration Requirements - You’ve built or rebuilt an experimentation program from scratch or managed large scale programs with high complexity tests - You’ve worked in e-commerce CRO, SaaS funnel optimization, or performance marketing analytics - You've used AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, or experiment prioritization and have a point of view on where they're useful vs. where they introduce risk What We Don’t Necessarily Care About - Prestigious company names on your resume - Formal MBA or CS degrees (results matter more) - Years of experience (show us your impact and velocity) - PMM, brand, or campaign experience (this is a conversion and experimentation role) - Polished corporate personas (we want authentic, high-output operators) Benefits - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) - Virtual Wellness Resources - Work From Home
