• Manage and develop a territory of top US mortgage lenders driving adoption and performance of FICO’s direct license program • Promote adoption of FICO’s latest best in class mortgage analytics such as FICO Score 10T, UltraFICO and FSMS • Maintain a sales pipeline within the CRM system tracking performance to ensure we achieve established KPIs/KPMs • Develop coaches and champions across the enterprise by articulating the value of FICO analytics to originators, capital markets, risk, analytics and technology teams within your client accounts • Conduct executive-level presentations and client consultations to demonstrate ROI, competitive advantages, and positioning of FICO scores across various mortgage products and origination cycles • Develop comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and identify cross-sell/up-sell initiatives in collaboration with sales executives • Lead seamless onboarding processes for new mortgage originators adopting FICO products, establishing success metrics and monitoring initial adoption against KPMs • As part of a matrix sales organization leverage FICO experts in your sales engagement across mortgage credit risk, GSE credit score requirements, investor buy guides, and origination operations • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance against client objectives, review transactional activity, and communicate material changes to internal teams • Understand lender origination volumes, market position, strategic initiatives, and contractual levers to identify revenue growth opportunities • Serve as escalation point for technical issues and service delivery concerns while supporting change management initiatives to ensure positive client experience • Showcase new product features from releases and capture client requests for integration into product roadmap development • Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand FICO's presence within the mortgage market • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations, relaying strategic insights to team and broader FICO organization • Identify new opportunities for FICO scores within various stages of the mortgage origination cycle and present findings to clients • Stay current on mortgage industry regulations, products, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development

• Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Services, Scores, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to define, launch, and drive pricing and packaging strategies that move the business forward — for both our platform and Scores offerings. • Build and align pricing frameworks across direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring coherence and commercial effectiveness at every point of customer engagement. • Design flexible, scalable pricing structures for the Platform that expand revenue opportunity and drive meaningful margin improvement. • Generate actionable insights through customer segmentation, price discovery, structured experimentation, and rigorous ROI analysis. • Translate pricing strategy into operational reality — providing clear direction on billing requirements, discounting frameworks, and the systems needed to support them. • Create automated, scalable mechanisms for measuring pricing performance, grounded in both COGS analysis and customer value metrics. • Stay ahead of the market — monitoring competitive dynamics and key performance indicators to continuously identify opportunities for pricing evolution. • Build and champion a set of pricing best practices and repeatable processes that elevate the entire organization's approach to commercial strategy.

• Refine and evolve the FICO Platform’s technical architecture strategy, defining and maintaining architectural principles, standards, and patterns that guide engineering teams in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance platform solutions. • Work in close partnership with engineering leaders to drive execution of architectural initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle, bridging the gap between architectural vision and engineering reality to ensure practical and achievable outcomes. • Lead platform modernization initiatives including cloud-native transformation, API strategy, and microservices evolution, while identifying and resolving technical debt that impacts platform scalability and performance. • Establish and maintain architectural governance frameworks, lead architecture review boards, and define KPIs that measure platform health, scalability, and technical alignment across engineering teams. • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Cloud Operations, and Security teams to ensure architectural decisions support product roadmaps, infrastructure capabilities, and compliance requirements. • Serve as a senior technical thought leader within the engineering organization, staying ahead of industry trends and championing innovative architectural approaches that leverage emerging technologies. • Mentor and develop architects and senior engineers, building a strong community of practice around technical excellence and elevating architectural thinking across the organization.

• Contribute to international FICO Scores projects through client data analysis, model development, model validation, and delivery activities. • Design, develop, and evaluate state-of-the-art, data-driven exploratory analyses, predictive models, and decision models to solve business problems across the financial services industry. • Analyze large-scale consumer credit and credit bureau datasets to assess modeling suitability, identify data patterns, develop variables, and support scoring solutions. • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, pattern recognition, and performance inference techniques to identify effective modeling approaches and improve model performance. • Anticipate, investigate, and resolve data, modeling, and analytical issues by identifying root causes and recommending practical solutions. • Create, review, and deliver formal presentations of analytical work, clearly communicating modeling results, key insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. • Manage assigned analytical work streams across simultaneous projects, adjusting to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work against client and internal deadlines. • Communicate effectively with project teams and client stakeholders, including sharing progress, raising questions or risks early, and participating in meetings across international time zones. • Travel may be required occasionally for client meetings or project needs, including domestic or international engagements.
