QA Engineer

• Manually test new features and functionality across iOS and Android mobile apps • Test web applications and admin tools (Retool) for proper functionality • Validate stories and tasks as they move into the QA column on sprint boards • Perform acceptance testing to verify features meet requirements and design specifications • Test for functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices and OS versions • Identify, document, and report bugs in Jira with clear reproduction steps • Verify bug fixes and regression test affected areas • Test edge cases and explore scenarios that could break functionality • Capture screenshots, screen recordings, and logs to support bug reports • Perform release candidate testing for iOS and Android app releases • Help document release notes and known issues • Execute smoke tests and sanity checks before production deployments • Test promotional flows and marketing campaigns before launch • Partner with engineering and product teams to validate release readiness • Contribute to test planning and strategy for new features • Help maintain regression test suites to ensure ongoing coverage • Provide test reports and insights to support release decisions
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing for mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Strong understanding of mobile app testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
- Strong written communication skills for documenting bugs and test results
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Flexibility to occasionally accommodate overlap with team members in North American and European time zones
- Experience testing sports betting or daily fantasy sports applications (Nice To Have)
- Familiarity with mobile casino/gaming applications (Nice To Have)
- Knowledge of various sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC, esports) (Nice To Have)
- Experience with admin tools testing (Retool or similar) (Nice To Have)
- Experience with payment flow testing (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses) (Nice To Have)
- Understanding of web testing alongside mobile app testing (Nice To Have)
- Interest in mobile test automation (Nice To Have)

• DEVELOPS quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders, that supports claims process. • REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. • CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.
• Review customers’ quality requirements, whether formalized through supplier quality manuals, for instance, or by interviews with customers. Integrate these requirements into MISUMI Americas Quality Management System • Support APQP and PPAP activities as required by customers, including the implementation of optimized measurement plans for mechanical parts • Ensure analytical and manufacturing techniques are consistent from manufacturing partner to manufacturing partner and meet agreed customer specifications through alignment with regional Supplier Quality Engineers • Provide subject matter expertise to program managers to both solve problems but also to develop the structured problem solving capabilities within the Program Management team and other MISUMI Americas functional groups • Act as the bridge between customers and regional Quality Teams • Identify opportunities for improvement in MISUMI Americas Quality Management System and manufacturing partner network, based on observations and involvement with customers • Implement performance indicators which tell MISUMI Americas how well we are doing with customer quality • Ensure customer-initiated supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) are responded to correctly, completely and in a timely manner • Establish a compelling story for MISUMI Americas Quality to be an order-winning proposition not merely an order-qualifying one • Serve as a customer advocate for quality issues, but tactfully pushing back when customer demands are unreasonable • All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS.
• As a Supplier Quality Engineer II, you will play an important role on cross-functional core teams supporting all Medtronic's sites and regions. • This position is responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and approving Quality Agreements with suppliers to ensure alignment on quality system requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational responsibilities. • Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services. • Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness. • Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur. • Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. • Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation. • Some individuals may have responsibilities that include Pre-Market Supplier Quality.
