Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a QA Engineer with the following skill set. - Collaborate closely with product management, experience design, and engineering to ensure that products, services, and capabilities are designed and created with the highest quality standards. - Develop, execute, improve, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and practical testing of our deliverables. - Conduct manual and automated quality assurance to ensure our products meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations. - Identify, track and report software defects and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. - Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and practices to ensure that quality standards are met in the context of evolving complexity and interdependencies. - Conduct functional and regression testing to uncover defects that existing test cases may not cover. Qualifications - Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, in a desktop software development environment, preferably on Windows and Linux. - Demonstrable experience with quality assurance for visualization/rendering desktop applications. - Familiarity with performance and load testing, both manual and automated. - Strong understanding of Quality Assurance disciplines, designing tests based on user stories, and testing methodologies including the authoring of functional test plans, regression testing, and performance/load testing scripts. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Exceptional team player with experience working on a scrum team developing desktop products and/or cloud services; understand software and/or services architecture, development, and testing; understand Agile and Scaled Agile. - Knowledge of automated testing tools for Desktop applications. Requirements - Knowledge of scripting languages (Python or Perl). - Experience working with automation frameworks that scale, using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Behave, Robot Framework, or similar. - Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other equivalent public clouds. - Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, algorithms, and related concepts. - Knowledge of Autodesk Alias, Autodesk VRED, or other computer-aided industrial design or 3D visualization software is a plus. - Familiarity with automotive design and visualization is a plus. Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented contractor to help us manage content and audio QA at Hallow — the last set of ears and eyes before anything goes live in the app. - Audio QA: Listen through audio files for English launches in a detailed manner, catching any and all mistakes, and communicating any issues to the Audio team. This role will occasionally include weekend assignments when content drops require it. - In-App QA: Check all media on app before going live to ensure a consistent and high-quality UX. - Audio-to-text Transcription: Use provided transcription software to turn our audio sessions into text, proof text in detail ensuring accuracy with both grammar and format. You’ll also be responsible for uploading transcription/texts to the app. - Content Tracking: Review and update spreadsheets containing monthly scripture references, session data, and content metadata. Qualifications - Passion for the mission. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Native or near-native English proficiency. - Ability to pick up new tools quickly. - Prior transcription or audio QA experience is a plus. - Experience in a fast-moving environment. • Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes • Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards • Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement • Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools

• Expand and maintain the Cypress test suite. • Integrate tests into our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. • Review and adjust tests based on new features, bug reports, and production issues. • Perform manual testing as needed (especially for newly added features and bugfix verification. Based on that, you’ll adjust or create automated tests). • Think critically about features – spot inconsistencies, raise concerns, and propose improvements. • Collaborate with developers to debug issues and ensure test reliability. • Champion quality and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
