Marketing Coordinator

• Leverage and manage existing marketing systems and tools— “plug and play” without needing to build from scratch. • Customize marketing templates (flyers, photo and video materials, emails, SMS) by updating market-specific stats and messaging to match targeted audiences. • Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences, on schedule and within compliance standards. • Monitor and adjust campaign performance using KPIs, open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics. • Conduct data clean-up, maintenance, and segmentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across CRM systems. • Maintain data integrity in all marketing efforts, adhering to company policies and industry regulations. • Ensure all marketing materials and strategies are compliant with mortgage industry standards and guidelines. • Implement and optimize workflows using marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations. • Work with APIs to connect marketing platforms and ensure seamless communication between systems. • Troubleshoot system errors or marketing logic issues across tools and campaigns. • Provide tactical input into the planning and execution of marketing strategies tailored to real estate and mortgage audiences. • Identify optimization opportunities across the customer lifecycle—from lead capture to nurture and close. • Collaborate with loan officers, agents, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing operations or coordination, ideally within the real estate or mortgage industry.
- Familiar with Insellerate, Hubspot, Go High Level, Salesforce, Big Purple Dot or similar CRMs.
- Photo and Video Editing
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Excellent data hygiene and management skills.
- Knowledge of API integrations and automation logic
- Proficiency with compliance-related marketing practices in mortgage/real estate.
- Clear communicator and organized multitasker who thrives in a system-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ideal candidate would have experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, SlickText, Eventbrite, Canva, Capcut, Typeform, ChatGPT
- Ideal candidate would also have some web design and/or social media management experience
