• Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including resetting passwords, adding and removing user accounts and groups, marking learner completions, troubleshooting system issues, creating online and instructor-led training (ILT) courses, managing the user interface, scheduling learning activities, and generating reports. • Administer the LMS support inbox by responding to user inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting established service level expectations. • Coordinate compliance course launches, ensuring all deadlines and course requirements are met. • Manage and prioritize audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Create and maintain end-user documentation to support regulatory and compliance requirements, including the accurate assignment of required training. • Generate reports for learners, instructors, and management, collaborating with HRIS, Compliance, and LMS support teams as needed. • Maintain internal HR knowledge-sharing sites by updating content, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, coordinating system enhancements and providing user training. • Maintain department intranet sites and collaborate with internal partners to support site development and updates. • Manage and maintain the department's central file repository, including audits, content updates, training materials, and file organization. • Create learning materials such as job aids, user guides, graphics, and other supporting documentation. • Partner with Learning Specialists and Instructional Designers to manage courses and learning curricula within the LMS. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content using adult learning principles, including storyboards, scripts, and assessments. • Develop engaging eLearning content and microlearning resources using video animation and multimedia tools while staying current with learning technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Pre-underwrite loan files by reviewing borrower documentation such as credit reports, income documents, and assets to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Assist with income calculations and verify supporting documents. • Support senior underwriters in identifying potential risks and issues in loan applications. • Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies, investor requirements, and regulatory guidelines. • Communicate with internal stakeholders and lenders to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of loan applications. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan types.
• Review final Closing Disclosures (CDs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with TRID and investor guidelines. • Confirm that all closing costs, credits, and disbursements are accurately reflected and supported by settlement statements. • Ensure timely delivery of CDs to borrowers and necessary parties per federal and state regulations. • Reconcile any discrepancies between the final settlement statement and CD's signed consummation, and produce and send a PCCD as needed/required. • Upload corrected or final versions of CDs into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and investor portals. • Track and manage missing or trailing settlement statement and coordinate follow-up with settlement agents. • Support audit and quality control teams with documentation requests related to CDs. • Maintain accurate logs and reporting for post-closing CD tracking and performance metrics. • Escalate compliance risks or unresolved CD issues to management for further review.
• The Loan Closer is responsible for the preparation of mortgage closing documents • In addition, the Loan Closer is responsible for ensuring all essential information is accurate while communicating with internal staff as well as settlement agents to solve all closing issues in a timely manner • Understand and follow all closing procedures to comply with all Federal and State requirements • Check accuracy for all essential information provided at submission for closing • Communicate with loan officer, processing, and underwriting staff • Prepare accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, prepaid interest, etc • Produce and organize all closing documents and disclosures including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Review investor loan deficiencies and resolve them without involving the underwriter, branch, or borrowers. • Conduct daily reviews of investor loan pipelines to identify suspended loans requiring remediation. • Validate all suspense conditions and provide resolutions by the specified cure date. • Clarify documentation requirements with investors as needed. • Work with internal departments, external partners, and borrowers to obtain necessary documentation promptly. • Prepare formal written responses to agencies and investors when audits reveal deficiencies. • Accurately track and record all events and communications related to loan files. • Monitor daily condition reports from investors for updates on deficient loans or new conditions. • Track aged loans in the active pipeline until they are purchased by the investor. • Maintain a strong understanding of Agency and Investor guidelines and overlays. • Meet daily production goals set by management and adhere to internal SLA timelines. • Provide ongoing quality service and maintain confidentiality of all files and information.
• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) • Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes • Complete “File Set-up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc • Send files to the Pre-Approval team when we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review. • Run DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE) • Send client needs list after initial file review • Send client needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review • Obtain correct EOI, VOE’s, and HOA docs when requested from LOA/Processor • Ensure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delays • Maintain a tracker of all files on their desk, including what is outstanding on each file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
• Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc. • Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage. • Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe. • Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines. • Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner. • Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file. • Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and appropriate investor portals. • Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. • Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings. • Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications. • Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library. • Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables. • Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations. • Record and track daily and weekly project progress for internal monitoring and reporting. • Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements. • Provide ongoing support to field teams during installation and fabrication stages. • Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed. • Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability. • Ensure that all documents, drafts, and revisions meet internal quality standards and client requirements.

• Accurately enter Purchase Advice details into Encompass for closed loans (high volume, high accuracy). • Review Purchase Advice and related post-close source documents to confirm key data points such as: • Purchase date, purchase price, net proceeds, premium/discount (as applicable) • Fees/adjustments, escrow/impounds details (if applicable), principal balance/UPB • Investor and servicing-related fields including first payment due (as applicable to your workflow) • Validate that Encompass reflects the correct final terms (e.g., note rate, loan amount/UPB, key dates) based on source documentation • Identify discrepancies, document findings clearly in Encompass notes, and escalate exceptions to the appropriate internal team (Secondary/Shipping/Accounting/Post-Close lead) • Maintain clean audit trails: consistent naming, comments, and checklist completion per SOP. • Track assigned pipeline, meet daily/weekly production targets, and provide status updates as needed.
