• Identify and recruit new partners (local System Integrators, SOC-Partners, Consulting Partners) for Trend Micro in the ecosystems of Trend Micro’s strategic alliances • Enable these new partners in Trend Micro’s strategic solutions • Develop existing partners • Build, agree and execute joint GTM activities • Build, agree and execute joint business plans • Achieve business objectives • Identify further revenue potentials within these new strategic areas • Consult and support our partners in specific sales cycles and market activities • Connect the new partners within Trend Micro • Provide partner feedback to internal stakeholders such as product management • Be a Trend Micro spokesperson on events and fairs.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform. • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes. • Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling that clearly articulate value and build confidence across technical and executive audiences. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach. • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements. • Develop high-quality enablement of content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets to support internal teams and partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience. • Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management based on customer needs, technical gaps, and emerging market trends. • Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value, ensuring alignment with stakeholder outcomes. • Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices. • Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for named enterprise accounts. • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support account growth, expansion opportunities, and executive engagement. • Build industry-specific marketing strategies and messaging for Industrial & Energy and Technology, Media & Communications. • Develop customer-facing thought leadership, case studies, executive content, and industry campaigns. • Lead executive engagement initiatives including Customer Advisory Boards, executive briefings, CXO roundtables, and executive events. • Build and scale customer advocacy programs including references, testimonials, webinars, conference speakers, and success stories. • Partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Analyst Relations to execute integrated customer marketing programs. • Measure program success through expansion pipeline, Net Revenue Retention, executive engagement, advocacy production, and strategic account growth. • Proven ownership of an account-level number — influenced/sourced expansion pipeline and NRR contribution — rather than lead volume. • Experience marketing to multi-buying-center accounts (security, IT, cloud, app dev, OT).

• Research newly discovered vulnerabilities in a wide range of software products • Reverse engineer and research network protocols, file formats, and software • Develop and verify proof-of-concept files and exploit code • Produce reports describing software vulnerabilities and detection of attack vectors • Monitor security industry publications, news groups and other online sources for newly discovered security vulnerabilities and emerging threats • Implement new and improve existing tools to automate and streamline the vulnerability research process • Collaborate with other vulnerability researchers on research, analysis and report production

• Own the NABU inbound demand generation strategy and the quarterly/annual pipeline contribution target • Set MQL, SQL, and pipeline goals by segment (Enterprise, Commercial, SMB) and by buying center; manage to those numbers weekly • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define and continuously refine lead scoring, routing, and SLA adherence • Lead always-on demand programs across paid search, paid social, content syndication, display, programmatic, third-party media, webinars, and content offers • Own the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance of every digital channel; reallocate budget quickly based on CAC, ROAS, and downstream conversion • Build and run lifecycle and nurture programs (email, in-product, retargeting) that move prospects from awareness to sales-ready • Coordinate inbound execution with Channel Marketing on partner-attached demand and with Customer Marketing on cross-sell/upsell motions • Own the demand gen tech stack in partnership with Marketing Operations: marketing automation, intent data (e.g., 6sense), enrichment, and campaign attribution • Establish a single source of truth for funnel reporting; deliver weekly pipeline pacing and monthly program performance reviews to NABU leadership • Drive a culture of experimentation — clear hypotheses, sized bets, fast reads, and decisive scale-or-kill decisions • Manage and develop a team of demand marketers; recruit additional talent as the function scales • Represent NABU Demand Generation in global marketing forums and to North America sales leadership • Serve on the NABU Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to overall NABU marketing strategy and operating cadence
