• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for major marketing and product launches, transitioning the organization from ad-hoc releases to a predictable cadence that aligns with revenue and market drivers. • Act as the central “quarterback” for ensuring frictionless execution across marketing teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Channel, and Regions), to deliver unified campaigns that accelerate the pipeline. • Partner with Strategic Communications and Product Marketing to craft high-level themes into compelling, solution-based market narratives. • Design campaigns that specifically target the early stages of the buyer journey (Awareness/Consideration), utilizing new microsites and digital channels to capture research traffic, and influence mid and bottom funnel to improve the "Lead" to "Closed Won" ratio. • Integrate AI-driven tools and strategies into plans to dominate share of voice in critical categories and positively influence Geotab’s sentiment and visibility against competitors in Large Language Models (LLMs). • Define and track KPIs for launch success, moving beyond first or last touch attribution models to identify leading and lagging indicators, trends, sentiment analysis, time-to-close acceleration, and multi-touch attribution. • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors to support campaign scale, ensuring high-quality asset production.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in an integrated marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a preferred certification in marketing or a related discipline is an asset.
  • Technical competence using workflow tools like Jira, Google Workspace, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, 6sense).
  • Demonstrated success in marketing campaign narrative and strategy development through to execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence, a well-defined sense of diplomacy, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
  • Previous experience in telematics, connected transportation, or B2B IT/Software industry marketing is highly valued.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through to completion.

Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Head of Growth Marketing to take complete strategic and execution ownership of our e-commerce division. Reporting directly to the Founder, your mission is to transition our current marketing operations away from external agencies, stabilize our systems, and scale our Shopify sales. As a true partner in their growth, you will be the absolute driving force behind their e-commerce strategy. Key Responsibilities - Take over all media buying, lifecycle marketing, and search strategy from legacy agencies, driving hands-on execution across channels in the initial phases. - Audit and optimize the Shopify ecosystem to increase conversion rates, improve average order value, and eliminate cart abandonment. - Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other key social platforms. - Deploy and manage email and SMS marketing automation flows using Klaviyo and conversational AI tools (like Overjoy.ai). - Design and execute SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to capture organic search traffic. - Build and maintain bi-weekly performance dashboards to track essential KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and margins. - Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build a hiring plan to recruit and manage future marketing specialists as the department grows. About the role As Going's Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the member lifecycle for our 2M+ monthly active members across email, push, in-app, and web — from onboarding through winback. You will set the roadmap, own the lifecycle calendar, build the reporting that tracks our impact, and lead and develop the lifecycle team. This is a semi-technical leadership role: you'll be the senior owner of our Braze CRM and the go-to partner for Product, Engineering, and Data & Insights, while pushing the program toward AI-enhanced efficiency and automation at scale. Why we're hiring for this role now: As the world's favorite cheap flight alert platform, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our members' experience. By hiring a Director, Lifecycle Marketing we will significantly improve our members' experience from the moment they sign up and throughout their years of membership. You will report to the VP, Marketing. In the short term, you will - Develop a deep understanding of Going's Braze integration, lifecycle program, and marketing tech stack, identifying the highest-impact opportunities to improve member experience and business results. - Take ownership of the lifecycle calendar and campaign workflows, establishing clear intake, prioritization, QA, and conflict-free scheduling. - Build a consolidated view of lifecycle performance and establish a reporting cadence with leadership. - Get to know your team — their goals, strengths, and development areas — and establish your management rhythm (1:1s, rituals, priorities). - Publish a prioritized lifecycle roadmap and experimentation plan. In the long term, you will - Own the strategy, enhancement, and execution of the full lifecycle program. What you know Required: - 8+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for B2C brands (ideally a consumer app or subscription business), with 3+ years leading and developing people. - Proven ownership of an end-to-end lifecycle program across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, web), including calendar ownership and program governance. - Deep, hands-on expertise in Braze (or a comparable enterprise CRM) — Canvas, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization/Liquid logic. - Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, A/B testing, and retention/funnel reporting. Comfortable building and socializing dashboards. SQL experience or willingness to learn. - Hands-on experience applying AI to lifecycle marketing — e.g., AI-driven personalization, send-time optimization, predictive segmentation, dynamic content, and automation — with the judgment to evaluate AI outputs against brand and quality standards and awareness of data privacy/governance. - Track record of partnering with Data, Product, and Engineering to ship technical projects; able to translate fluently between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A strong copywriter who can write clear, on-brand, high-converting copy across email, push, in-app, and web.
