Manager, Partnerships
Aeroflow Health
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Canopie’s health plan and program partners • Own day-to-day communication and ongoing relationship maintenance • Coordinate and support regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Track partner commitments, open items, and follow-ups; proactively flag risks and drive resolution across internal teams • Manage onboarding workflows for new partners • Maintain organized partner documentation including program configurations, contact records, and escalation histories • Own the production, packaging, and presentation of recurring and ad hoc partner-facing reporting • Build and maintain clear, accurate dashboards and reports that give partners confidence in their program performance • Support internal reporting that informs clinical operations and leadership decision-making
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, client operations, or healthcare program administration
- Experience working in healthcare, MPH or other health degree very helpful
- Comfortable working with data - you can take metrics and analysis and turn them into a clear, accurate narrative for a non-technical audience
- Able to grasp and articulate business value to sophisticated stakeholders
- Strong program management instincts
- Comfort reading and operating against contracts and SOWs
- Confident and clear communicator in writing, through visual presentations, and on calls
- Highly organized and reliable in a remote environment

Role Description WorkforceQA (WFQA) seeks an Account Manager in our Client Service Department to assist our clients with obtaining drug screen results in a timely manner while keeping in compliance with DOT Regulations. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, has strong customer service with strong attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic to work in a customer-centric environment. The Account Manager will communicate effectively and professionally with clients via written and verbal communication. - Processing and monitoring of Image chain of custodies and Image breath alcohol tests. - Input Breath Alcohol Test results into database. - Request missing chain of custody. - Check drug screen results with labs. - Match up drug screen results with matching test requests. - Request test requests for results. - Perform account changes. - Create and follow up on required affidavits. - Follow up with all drug screens until completed. - Check on no shows and alert clients of no shows. - Answer incoming phone calls. - Talk and assist all customers either via phone or email. - Correct/upload/spin random reports. - Meeting clear and set ongoing goals. - Perform other duties and related functions as needed or assigned. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience working in an office environment. - Work from home job experience is preferred. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong data entry skills. - Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (navigating internet, outlook, excel, word, etc.). - Self-motivated and ability to work independently. - Ability to listen to feedback and self-correct/adjust as necessary. - Positive and friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong phone etiquette and professionalism. - Expected to be at work on time and maintain a regular work schedule. - High School Degree or GED required.
