Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event marketing, or a similar commercially focused role. - Proven experience converting partnerships, events, or community activations into measurable leads, sales opportunities, or revenue. - Hands-on experience managing pipelines through a CRM; HubSpot experience is preferred. - Experience coordinating end-to-end events, including venues, vendors, budgets, attendee management, and post-event follow-up. - Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships while completing detailed operational work such as data cleaning, CRM updates, and event run-sheets. Role Description Our client, a growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline creation end to end. This is a high-performance, high-reward seat: the base is competitive, and the bonus structure is real, transparent, and tied to the pipeline and revenue you generate. If you have been the person who actually builds the machine, not just a contributor on a large team, and you want your comp to reflect your output, this role was structured for you. - Building and executing demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and convert it to closed revenue. - The HubSpot instance, hands-on: campaigns, programs, workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, routing, and reporting are yours to architect and run. - Channel strategy and execution across the mix you know works: paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events. - Reporting that ties marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, shared directly with leadership. Qualifications - Proven, quantifiable success building B2B pipeline that converts to closed revenue. - Generated at least $3M in pipeline converting to roughly $1M in marketing-sourced revenue. - Deep hands-on HubSpot ability: personally set up campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, scoring, and routing. - Currently operating at the manager or senior manager level and ready for full ownership of a demand gen function. - Comfort in a lean environment where you plan, build, and execute yourself. Requirements - ABM experience, G2 or review-platform programs, light design ability, and familiarity with intent data tools (nice to have). Benefits - Full ownership without layers of approval. - Direct line of sight from your work to company revenue and your own earnings. - A leadership team that has deliberately structured compensation to reward performance rather than tenure or title.
