Role Description We are hiring a Program Manager to own the delivery system across Skaled's entire book of business. This is not a status-updater or a task tracker. This person is the operational conductor — the one who ensures every client engagement is set up cleanly, roadmaps are realistic and executed against, risks are surfaced before they become problems, and leadership has clear visibility into the health of the portfolio at all times. You will work directly with Practice Leaders and Engagement Leads across Skaled's Revenue Strategy and AI practices to manage concurrent client programs simultaneously. If you thrive in fast-paced consulting environments, love bringing structure to ambiguity, and take real ownership of delivery outcomes — this role is for you. What You'll Do - Own the Delivery System - Own the operational setup and ongoing optimization of Asana across all Skaled client engagements - Maintain standardized project templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards - Ensure every engagement is set up cleanly and consistently from day one - Build scalable delivery practices that support both Revenue Strategy and AI engagements - Build and Maintain Client Roadmaps - Translate engagement goals into detailed execution plans with clear owners, timelines, milestones, and dependencies - Maintain a near-term "next up" list and a longer-term backlog for every active engagement - Ensure roadmaps stay current, realistic, and aligned to scope and budget throughout delivery - Drive Execution and Surface Risk Early - Run weekly internal production meetings for each client engagement - Drive agendas, track action items, and ensure teams leave with clear next steps and owners - Identify blockers, scope creep, timeline risk, and dependency issues before they escalate - Pressure-test timelines and effort assumptions to prevent rework and missed deadlines - Monitor Pacing, Scope, and Engagement Health - Track progress against roadmap, timeline, and milestones across all active engagements - Flag off-roadmap asks that create scope creep or margin risk - Surface overages early with a clear action plan — reprioritization, de-scope, or change order - Partner with Consulting Operations and Practice Leaders to maintain delivery health visibility - Provide Portfolio Visibility and Reporting - Produce and maintain weekly reporting summaries across Skaled's full book of business - Give leadership a decision-ready view of portfolio health, risks, roadmap progress, and blockers - Partner on dashboards and reporting infrastructure to support ongoing operational visibility Qualifications - 5–10+ years in consulting, advisory, agency, or fast-paced client service environments - Proven track record managing multiple concurrent client engagements simultaneously - Experience maintaining delivery quality across competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders - Comfortable shifting across industries, business models, and client maturity levels Requirements - Strong hands-on ownership of tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms - Experience building templates, governance models, reporting cadences, and delivery processes - Skilled at running internal production meetings and maintaining milestone discipline - Ability to turn high-level goals into sequenced, owner-assigned execution plans - Working knowledge of modern GTM functions: sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM, analytics, automation - Comfortable supporting AI-related engagements — strategy, workflow automation, rollout, enablement, adoption - Strong instincts for where projects commonly break down: unclear requirements, poor handoffs, scope drift, integration dependencies, or adoption risk - Experience managing a portfolio or book of work — not just a single project - Sharp awareness of pacing, scope control, margin health, and delivery risk - Able to identify overages and timeline risk before they become larger problems - Skilled at producing executive-ready delivery summaries for leadership - Strong executive presence with crisp, structured communication - Comfortable leading internal meetings, driving alignment, and holding teams accountable - Good judgment on when to escalate, when to resolve directly, and how to keep work moving Benefits - $110,000 – $125,000 base salary - Bonus compensation - Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance - 401(k) with 3% company match (after 3 months of employment) - Remote-first, US-based role
Role Description The Senior Growth Marketing & Campaigns Manager turns Skaled’s business priorities, service offerings, and market point of view into integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified demand, and measurable pipeline growth. This role sits at the center of Skaled’s growth engine. You will architect and manage the campaign strategy that connects Skaled’s thought leadership, client success stories, GTM service lines, workshops, assessments, AI offerings, and executive insights to real commercial outcomes. Success requires someone who has operated in consulting-style environments—managing multiple concurrent engagements, driving structured delivery, and ensuring consistency across shifting priorities. You must be able to think like a strategist, write like a marketer, operate like a program manager, and communicate with the nuance required in client-facing consulting. You won’t personally own every channel, but you will be accountable for ensuring the right work gets planned, built, launched, and optimized across the full campaign ecosystem. Core Responsibilities - Own the Delivery System - Lead the operational setup and ongoing optimization of Asana across all engagements. - Maintain standardized templates, task structures, milestone frameworks, and dashboards. - Ensure every engagement is set up cleanly and consistently from day one. - Partner with Practice Leaders and Operations to evolve delivery workflows and governance. - Build scalable delivery practices that support both Revenue Strategy and AI engagements. - Build and Maintain Client Roadmaps - Translate high-level inputs from Engagement Leads into detailed, structured execution plans. - Build roadmaps with clear owners, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. - Ensure plans are realistic, sequenced properly, and aligned to scope, budget, and delivery goals. - Maintain both near-term “next-up” priorities and a structured backlog for longer-term initiatives. - Keep roadmaps current and consistent across all client engagements. - Drive Execution and Surface Risk Early - Run internal weekly production meetings for each engagement. - Drive agendas, track action items, and ensure teams leave with clear next steps and ownership. - Identify blockers, delivery risks, scope creep, and dependency issues early—before they impact outcomes. - Pressure-test timelines and effort assumptions to prevent rework and missed deadlines. - Escalate proactively when delivery quality, client outcomes, margin, or team efficiency are at risk. - Monitor Pacing, Scope, and Engagement Health - Track progress against roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across all active engagements. - Flag off-roadmap requests that may create scope creep or reduce profitability. - Identify opportunities to accelerate work when capacity opens up. - Surface overages early and tie them to clear action plans (reprioritization, de-scope, change order). - Partner with Consulting Operations and Practice Leaders to maintain visibility into delivery health. - Provide Portfolio Visibility and Reporting - Produce weekly reporting summaries across Skaled’s book of business. - Provide visibility into delivery health, roadmap progress, risks, blockers, scope drift, and milestone status. - Partner with Operations and Practice Leaders to enhance dashboards and reporting infrastructure. - Ensure leadership has a clear, decision-ready view of priorities and portfolio-level risks. - Support consistent reporting rhythms that improve accountability and cross-functional alignment. Qualifications - 5–10+ years in consulting, advisory, agency, or similar client-service environments. - Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with shifting priorities. - Demonstrated ability to deliver structured, measurable outcomes—not just general organization or follow-up. - Experience working in small, fast-moving companies (startup or boutique consulting preferred). - Strong experience owning project/program management systems (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.). - Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, templates, governance models, and reporting cadences. - Experience proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment. - Strong working knowledge of modern GTM functions (sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM ecosystems, analytics, automation). - Applied experience using AI within delivery operations, workflow automation, or program management. - Strong internal executive presence and polished communication style. - Ability to communicate with nuance in client-facing consulting environments. - Experience managing a portfolio or book of work—not just a single project. Requirements - Ability to translate high-level goals into detailed, sequenced plans with clear ownership. - Strong instincts for where consulting projects break down (requirements, handoffs, misalignment, data issues, adoption risk). - Comfortable pushing back when timelines or expectations are unrealistic. - Experience producing executive-ready reporting and delivery summaries. Benefits - $110,000–$125,000 base salary - Bonus compensation - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with 3% company match after 3 months
