Consulting Operations Analyst II

• You will support end-to-end PS operational and financial reporting to build and maintain dashboards, models, and scorecards across Salesforce, Tableau, Claude, and Excel in order to give PS leadership real-time visibility into revenue, utilization, discounting, and overall business performance • You will also support revenue recognition, budget/forecast cycles, resource planning, and cross-functional QBR preparation — serving as the analytical backbone and go-to business partner for the PS Ops team.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in PS Operations, Financial Operations, or Business Analysis within a technology or Professional Services organization (3–5 years preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in matrixed, global technology organizations with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Delivery
  • Passion for operational excellence and using data to drive business outcomes in a high-growth, customer-obsessed environment
