Program Coordinator
Brown and Caldwell
• facilitate project meetings, oversee meeting notes, summarize meeting outcomes, ensure clarity of action items and conduct follow-up on meeting decisions • review and approve meeting summaries for distribution • monitor meeting action item implementation and follow-up process for all project meetings • monitor and improve the schedule process to enhance productivity • maintain, manage and audit project documents and deliverables • set up complex project collaboration platforms • guide project team members in collaborating and utilizing SharePoint and Microsoft Teams resources • oversee the tracking and coordination of project deliverables • lead the creation and implementation of workflows and processes from project administration • oversee the preparation of presentation materials and participate in presenting content • oversee all project communication activities, ensure consistency and clarity in project messaging • prepare onboarding and training materials for new project team members • develop comprehensive onboarding programs and materials and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Job Requirements
- a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- typically requires a minimum of 10 years of project coordination, professional, or related experience
- ability to apply advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- expertise in use of Microsoft office and ability to drive efficiencies in the project management support processes
- advanced knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
- expert organizational skills and attention to detail
- expert problem-solving skills, including innovative and strategic thinking
- proven abilities to perform advanced technical/administrative tasks with exceptional skill and accuracy
