Job Requirements
- 1.5+ years' work experience in corporate social impact, corporate social responsibility, or ESG, spaces
- 1.5+ years’ experience managing Benevity’s Spark platform
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, minor in Marketing
- 1 year experience building Airtable Bases and Forms
- managing SharePoint Folders and Sites
- scheduling Webex meetings and participating in Webex Spaces
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing (Preferred)
- 1+ years of work experience with strong preference toward experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, or ESG, spaces
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven dedication to community engagement through active volunteerism or professional experience within the nonprofit sector
- Adaptable and comfortable in an ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, SharePoint, and Outlook

Wellness & Program Coordinator – Mental Health

• Monitor and redirect adolescent clients (ages 13–17) via chat during virtual group sessions, transitions, and unstructured time • Manage breakout rooms independently for de-escalation when a secondary therapist isn't available • Conduct Green Space assessments and follow up with parents every two weeks • Process intakes, upload sign-in sheets, prepare welcome kits, and maintain census records • Produce and distribute the weekly program newsletter • Track attendance and coordinate psych/IEP scheduling for new admissions • Provide real-time tech support to clients during sessions (Zoom, breakout rooms, chat) • Communicate with parents by phone and email on progress and logistics • Complete accurate, same-day documentation, including wellness check-ins and incident reports • Escalate safety concerns, disclosures, and behavioral flags to the clinical team immediately
• Provide operational, administrative, and project support to ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of international programs. • Work closely with Implementing Partners (IPs), internal departments, and local stakeholders to support program operations. • Collect, organize, and validate qualitative and quantitative program data. • Support monitoring of program implementation, including progress tracking, compliance, and reporting. • Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and donor use. • Ensure program activities, data reporting, and in-kind aid distribution comply with policies and local regulations. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting of project expenditures.
