Director, GLP-1 and Cardiometabolic Health Program Manager

Omada Health

• Drive the execution of GLP-1 solutions within the cardiometabolic platform • Coordinate across product, clinical, data science, engineering, and commercial teams • Lead day-to-day execution of GLP-1 program initiatives • Track and report on program OKRs and KPIs • Develop and manage reporting and dashboards for program performance • Coordinate with clinical, commercial, product, engineering, operations, and regulatory partners

Job Requirements

  • 10–12+ years in digital health, health technology, or a related healthcare environment
  • 3–5+ years leading complex program or operations work in high-growth or rapidly changing settings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Description We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Vendor Management to own the full operational performance and contract lifecycle of Nscale's vendor ecosystem — spanning operational service vendors and platform partners (Jira, ServiceNow, Sunbird DCIM, Linear/Procore, Salesforce). - Monitor SLA adherence, manage escalations, and own the contract registry and renewal cycle across every vendor category. - Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and serve as the working-level point of contact for vendors, Legal, and other active service engagements. - Ensure SLA, performance, and contract data feeds cleanly into the dashboards and KPI reporting used by our Finance & Business Intelligence team. What You'll be Doing - Monitor SLA adherence across all active operational service and platform vendor relationships; maintain performance scorecards for each. - Produce weekly and monthly vendor performance reports for leadership. - Identify at-risk service performance trends early and escalate with recommended interventions. - Own the operational escalation process for vendor performance failures, service quality issues, and SLA breaches. - Provide day-to-day operational oversight of key vendor relationships — monitoring service delivery, coordinating against SLAs, and escalating issues as needed. - Track SLA adherence and operational performance across all platform vendors (Jira, ServiceNow, Sunbird DCIM, Linear/Procore, Salesforce); serve as the working-level point of contact for day-to-day service delivery matters. - Own the contract registry: track all active agreements, including expiration dates, renewal windows, and amendment history. - Proactively flag upcoming renewals and renegotiation opportunities with recommended commercial positions. - Manage contract amendment and change order processes; keep documentation accurate and current. - Coordinate with Finance & Business Intelligence when negotiating or renewing platform agreements, ensuring contracts reflect required data access, integration, and configuration terms. - Maintain audit-ready documentation for all vendor contracts and platform agreements. - Track vendor compliance certifications, insurance requirements, and contractual obligations. - Serve as the internal point of contact for Legal on contract review requests, redlines, and compliance questions. - Research market rates, benchmark pricing, and competitive alternatives to support renegotiation strategy. - Prepare renegotiation briefing materials and commercial recommendations. Qualifications - 6+ years in vendor operations, contract administration, procurement operations, or vendor management — preferably in infrastructure or operations-intensive environments. - Experience managing operational service and software/platform vendor relationships concurrently, including contract portfolios spanning both categories. - Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple concurrent vendor relationships across different categories. - Strong legal-commercial literacy — able to read and interpret contract terms; experience working with Legal teams on review and redlines. - Experience with vendor performance management systems and scorecarding, as well as contract management and document management platforms. - Analytical — comfortable working with SLA metrics, service performance trends, and market/pricing benchmarking. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field; CPCM or paralegal certification a plus.
