Qualifications - 6+ years in vendor operations, contract administration, procurement operations, or vendor management — preferably in infrastructure or operations-intensive environments. - Experience managing operational service and software/platform vendor relationships concurrently, including contract portfolios spanning both categories. - Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple concurrent vendor relationships across different categories. - Strong legal-commercial literacy — able to read and interpret contract terms; experience working with Legal teams on review and redlines. - Experience with vendor performance management systems and scorecarding, as well as contract management and document management platforms. - Analytical — comfortable working with SLA metrics, service performance trends, and market/pricing benchmarking. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field; CPCM or paralegal certification a plus.
