Gate Coordinator I – Counselor Education and Family Studies
Liberty University
• Assists with developing, editing, and maintaining student files, documents, websites, and course content. • Provides technical support to faculty and to students. • Assists in developing training tutorials and handouts to support faculty and students. • Delivering presentations in intensive courses and in residential classrooms including information on CPCE, practicum, and internship. • Correspondence with students via email, phone, and office visits. • Assists with various licensure standards in all states to verify graduates licensure verification. • Any other duties needed/assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years administrative/customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to work in concert with a team.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to take feedback and direction well.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to provide superb customer service to both faculty and students.

Role Description Serves as a member advocate when researching, responding to, or interpreting company procedures or policies with the goal of delighting our valuable members.
