• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, performance, and long-term maintainability • Serve as a technical thought leader by continuously evaluating new Salesforce capabilities, including Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, and Einstein AI, and proactively recommending adoption paths that deliver measurable business value • Design, build, and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato, and drive complex multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, owning solution architecture, scoping, risk assessment, and communication on timelines and tradeoffs • Partner closely with XFN stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements, co-design solutions, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences throughout the delivery lifecycle • Mentor and actively develop other Salesforce engineers on the team, providing architecture guidance, reviewing design decisions, sharing knowledge through pairing and documentation, and supporting the team's long-term growth and career development • Set the strategic direction for the optimization and evolution of Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems, ensuring solutions scale with the business and materially improve merchant and revenue organization experiences • Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions and cross-system contract lifecycle strategy, aligning CLM, CRM, and data platforms while defining standards for pricing data models, contract alignment, and downstream reporting to ensure accuracy, scalability, audit-ability, and compliance
