Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across our Braga studio. You'll partner closely with Operations, HR, and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure roles are filled efficiently without compromising quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving recruiting challenges, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and communication. - Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. - Source, engage, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. - Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, motivation, and cultural contribution. - Build and maintain healthy talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs. - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and evolving business needs. - Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process. - Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS. - Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes. - Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, interview guides, and hiring best practices. - Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns as needed. Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring. - Experience recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries. - Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment. - Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools. - Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight throughout the hiring process. Preferred Qualifications - Experience recruiting within gaming, outsourcing, or technology organizations. - Experience supporting multilingual hiring. - Experience hiring across European markets. - Familiarity with recruitment analytics and workforce planning. Role Description In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a part-time Specialist, Volunteer Recruitment to support the execution of our volunteer recruitment strategy, helping bring in the thousands of Leadership Coaches, Professional Mentors, and Mock Interview Volunteers who make Braven’s program possible each year.
