Role Description We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare & CS Focus) to own full-cycle recruitment delivery across healthcare, customer service, and generalist roles. This role is primarily execution-focused, with the majority of time spent driving recruitment delivery and ensuring roles close efficiently and at high quality. You will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to rigorously evaluate talent, manage interview and offer processes, and ensure each hire meets a defined quality bar. While sourcing support and systems are provided, you are accountable for converting pipelines into successful placements. This is a high-ownership role best suited for someone who thrives in structured, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environments. Your Impact - Directly influence hiring outcomes across multiple functional areas by turning qualified pipelines into consistent, high-quality placements. - Reduce time-to-hire without compromising standards and improve interview-to-offer conversion through disciplined screening and calibration. - Strengthen stakeholder trust, improve talent quality, and ensure long-term placement success. - Contribute to predictable, scalable recruitment performance across the organization by maintaining structured processes and data accuracy. Core Responsibilities - Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution – 60% - Manage intake calls, role calibration, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer closure. - Ensure active roles are fully vetted and interview-ready prior to candidate submission. - Drive hiring outcomes while maintaining defined quality standards and timelines. - Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. - Healthcare, Customer Support & Generalist Role Coverage – 20% - Recruit healthcare roles such as Patient Care Coordinators, Care Navigators, and Medical Billing Specialists. - Recruit customer service roles including Customer Service Representatives and Bilingual Support Representatives. - Recruit generalist roles such as Executive Assistants, Operations, and Administrative professionals. - Evaluate candidate competency, communication, and role alignment without lowering hiring standards. - Targeted Sourcing Support – 10% - Conduct focused sourcing for niche, time-sensitive, or underperforming pipelines. - Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing tools strategically to strengthen candidate pools. - Partner with automation systems and internal sourcing resources to optimize results. - Stakeholder Partnership & Process Discipline – 10% - Lead structured intake calls to define success profiles and hiring trade-offs. - Set realistic expectations on timelines and market dynamics. - Maintain accurate ATS/CRM data and track role-level KPIs including time-to-hire and conversion rates. - Flag risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps proactively. Qualifications - 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. - Proven experience recruiting healthcare and customer service roles. - Demonstrated ability to close generalist roles efficiently. - Strong screening, structured evaluation, and offer-closing skills. - Experience recruiting for US-based clients. - KPI-driven, outcome-oriented mindset. - Clear, structured written and verbal English communication. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
