Job Description

Senior Process Strategist, Enterprise Applications

Global Partners LP

Role Description Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Strategist, Enterprise Applications to serve as the enterprise authority on application-enabled business processes across designated core platforms (e.g., Right Angle, Oracle, PDI, CRM and other significant systems, as required). Operating as a senior individual contributor, this role sits at the critical intersection of business and technology — requiring deep, working knowledge of both how the business operates end-to-end and how enterprise applications can be configured, integrated, and optimized to support that work. The fundamental purpose of this role is to ensure Global maximizes the value of its enterprise technology investments. That means designing the business processes that surround these systems so they are intuitive and efficient for the people using them, while simultaneously leveraging the full capability of the underlying technology — so that every investment in these platforms translates into realized business value, improved operational performance, and scalable outcomes for the enterprise. The Senior Process Strategist, Enterprise Applications partners closely with the Business Process Design Strategist, IT, Project Management and the Business across the enterprise to ensure that application-enabled processes align with enterprise architecture standards, governance models, and the company’s strategic business priorities. This role brings advanced expertise in key end-to-end operational business processes and system configurations, integrations, controls, and workflow optimization, ensuring that enterprise applications drive measurable business value, operational performance, and scalable process outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise system fluency with strong business acumen and rigorous process discipline. They have a proven track record of redesigning complex, cross-functional, application-enabled processes in ways that simultaneously improve the user experience, maximize return on technology investment, and embed sustainable, scalable ways of working. Qualifications - 12-15+ years of experience designing and optimizing complex, cross-functional business processes that run within major enterprise platforms (ERP, trading, CRM, billing, or equivalent). - Demonstrated expertise redesigning complex, cross-functional processes within and around enterprise platforms. - Significant experience with and understanding of business drivers and operational processes with the fuel distribution, energy, or adjacent industries. - Deep knowledge of end-to-end value streams from the front office through accounting. - Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, controls, workflow dependencies, and enterprise data implications. - Proven ability to translate system capabilities into measurable business outcomes. - Experience operating in enterprise-level governance environments with defined architecture standards. - Proven expertise in understanding Global’s Business model, systems, and value stream processes. - Advanced process modeling expertise (e.g., BPMN, value stream mapping, SIPOC, RACI). - Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business and technology stakeholders. - Experience using process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS). - Experience with industry-relevant platforms (e.g., commodity trading and billing systems such as Right Angle) is a plus. Requirements - Serve as the senior subject matter authority for business processes enabled by designated enterprise platforms. - Align application-level process design with enterprise process architecture standards. - Advise executive leaders and business owners on complex system-enabled process decisions. - Translate enterprise process standards into detailed, application-specific modeling approaches. - Identify and shape system-enabled process improvement opportunities. - Lead detailed current- and future-state process design within enterprise applications. - Identify automation, configuration, integration, and optimization opportunities. - Ensure redesigned processes balance business intent, system capability, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture alignment. - Develop structured, enterprise-aligned process documentation. - Translate documentation into practical enablement tools. - Build and maintain institutional knowledge that captures application workflows. - Mentor and provide subject matter guidance to process analysts and cross-functional project teams. - Partner with business leaders, PMO, IT and change teams to monitor adoption of redesigned application-enabled processes. - Assess process performance data, user feedback, and operational metrics. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on application-enabled process strategy. Benefits - Competitive salaries and opportunities for growth. - Health & Wellness - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. - 401k with a match component. - Tuition reimbursement after 6 months of service. Pay Range $130,200.00 - $195,400.00. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.

Welches Prinzip, welches Ergebnis? - Show proof of work – Case Study, Deck oder Campaign Breakdown.
