Role Description As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Organizing and leading project team(s) from program inception to delivery, following an outcomes-based, agile-focused approach. - Defining success criteria and data-based metrics to validate program return on investment (ROI). - Defining and managing project schedules, milestone-based plans and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management. - Assessing project progress, and as necessary, lead collaborative efforts to adjust scope, timelines and resources to meet project objectives – effectively escalating issues when necessary. - Providing program status communications – detail-level for teams / stakeholders and executive-level for senior leadership. - Ensuring risk management plans are in place and leading needed risk mitigation efforts. - Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior leaders across business units / functional groups.
