Accounts Receivable Lead
Corporate Relations — IIT Delhi
• Monitor AR aging and proactively lead collection efforts across regions • Partner with PMs to resolve billing disputes and remove barriers to payment • Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts appropriately • Act as a strategic partner to PMs, Area Leaders, and Finance • Partner with Project Accountants and Projects Controls Specialists to ensure accurate invoicing, issue resolution management and maintain mutual payment terms with clients • Track key AR metrics including DSO, aging trends, and unbilled WIP • Provide executive-ready summaries highlighting risks and opportunities • Drive standardization of AR processes across Verdantas utilizing automation and systems enhancements • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements • Identify and implement process improvements within systems and workflows
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive AR and billing experience
- Experience within AEC, consulting, or project-based environment required
- Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and AEC billing practices
- Ability to interpret contracts and translate into billing execution
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate billing disputes
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple areas

Role Description The Patient Accounts Representative (Remote) is responsible for assisting patients, clinics, and internal stakeholders with account inquiries, payment processing, and insurance verification. This role ensures accurate and timely resolution of patient financial concerns, including billing questions, payment posting, and claim rebilling, while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. - Responds to patient inquiries regarding account balances, billing statements, and insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution within two business days. - Processes and posts credit card payments daily, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls. - Verifies and updates insurance coverage, confirming patient-provided information before adding coverage in the Athena software and setting claims for rebilling. - Documents inbound and outbound calls in the Athena system maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions. Accounts Receivable Representative (A/R Representative) Location: Kentucky (Remote; must reside in Kentucky or Indiana) Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: 40-hour flexible schedule, first shift Under the direction of the Medical Group’s CBO Supervisors and Managers, the A/R Rep is responsible for CBO related duties such as billing, follow-up, claim edits, credits, provider enrollment review, and other billing-related projects, cash posting and payer underpayment resolution, customer service, and/or administrative functions.
